Food in the bar restaurant was very good , large choice at a reasonable cost . Room request and location was meet . As I am disabled front facing and near lift. Room was very clean and comfortable . Staff were helpful , polite and friendly , I had no language problem. Onsite parking was secure and visible from our room . Great for a stop over near motorway , everything you need at a reasonable price .

Very minor point, USB power supply would be useful .

Major improvement from last year . Staff helpful , service and value in snack bar super . Food good and varied . Room was as requested , clean and comfortable . Ideal stopover for weary and hungry travellers . Good , secure free parking .

The room was lovely and recently refurbished. It is an ideal place to stop on the route down from Santander after a long ferry crossing.

Location perfect just off main road - Valladeloid to Salamanca. Good parking. Quiet hotel both inside & out. Good bar serving good range of food, reasonably priced.

It was simple but perfect. It has very comfortable beds. There is a great restaurant in the hotel which was open until 10.30pm. Great food, nice staff, nice beds.

A comfy, good priced, very conveniently placed hotel.

Very close to main highway.Straightforward layout.Snacks and drinks available all day at reasonable prices.Items for sale in snackbar.Lift available.Room was clean and comfortable.

Parking can be a problem if large parties are booked in for food,also stretches staff on duty.

No heater,bathroom smelled really bad,old room

Very easy access from autovia and I mean Very easy for a 75 year old.Lift in operation.Carpark secure.Snackbar and drinks on hand,good service ?

You can at times find yourself in the middle of large local parties and get together staff can be really stretched.

Very bad smell particularly in my room, almost overpowering in the middle of the night.Staff friendliness could be greatly improved Flaking paint in the room.Didn't seem very clean.

Basic hotel at a basic price.Coffee etc reasonable price and fair quality.

No sockets in our room to charge up our phones. Obviously used as a hotel for contractors etc...

Good location about 2.5 hours south of Santander just off the motorway with plenty of parking available Good value for money.

Stayed here in the way done and no problems with a nice meal in the cafe/bar. One the return to the ferry was served by the rudest and most sullen person I met during the entire trip in Spain which was disappointing to say the least.

Easy to find and great for a stopover en route to the ferry in Bilbao. Room was spacious enough and well equipped. Facilities a little dated but clean. Breakfast is good and available early

It is right next to the motorway and leaving the window open at night which is unavoidable in the summer means that it is noisy

Easy parking, reception OK but we wanted dinner before their restaurant opened @ 20.30hrs.

Having to drive miles into the nearest town to find a half decent restaurant for dinner & I didn't find their continental breakfast easy with no "self service" & my poor language skills.
