Glas-Hotel 3*

On arrival the staff where very welcoming, friendly and very helpful, the hotel was in a nice quiet relaxing location with a short walk to the town, with plenty of parking, The hotel was very clean and tidy, very modern and comfortable, decor was nicely decorated, the room was very spacious and spotlessly clean, beds where very comfortable, bathroom was spacious clean, with great shower, breakfast had plenty of choices for food, bar and restaurant was lovely with lovely food, great price would go back again,

Just think for a four star hotel it’s missing a small mini bar or drink making facilities in the room would have been nice

Big size room and bathroom. Comfy arm chairs. Warm. The Lady that checked us in was really friendly :) breakfast included.

Very small TV that we couldn’t really watch as the remote batteries were dead or just didn’t work. Other than a two single beds put together, desk, some armchairs there was nothing else in the room, no cattle, no cups, nothing and for that price I would at least expect to be able to make myself a cup off coffee or tea.

Hotel met our needs for a 1 night stay. Very big room and very big bathroom. In fact, too big!!!

Hotel room very sterile in appearance. Lacked a little warmth in decor and DB beds were just 2 single beds stuck together with a DB Mattress cover placed over the top. No carpet on flooring.Restaurant also lacked atmosphere. Hardly any customers when we stayed, and staff just standing around watching us eat. Still, nice food and good service.

Modern, clean and comfortable, this hotel is terrific value for the price. The restaurant is also excellent.

The hotel had recently had money spent on it, more on the public spaces than on the rooms but the rooms were OK. The restaurant was better than I'd expected which was good as there's not a lot around there. Both dinner and breakfast were sampled and were good. There were plenty of local people in for dinner which is always a good sign.

The curtains in the room were very thin. I ended up having to put on a former airline face mask. The location was the opposite side of the railway station from the town but I knew that before booking. No aircon but that wasn't a problem in March.

Actually there is nothing I or my family liked from this place.

We walken into our room and it smelled like suage really horrible .the mattresses were completley layed threw that u could see it just even looking at the bed.the breakfast had bearly anything to choose from and the other food you could tell they just heated it up on a microwave .after informing the desk of the horrible smell and the mattresses being layer threw she gave us the answered she'll let the manager know ,and for the suave she said ya it's the building , so why put anyone into that building?

some rooms are quite small while the others are large. depends on if you are lucky..

My big comfy room, quiet area. Town centre and the railway station within a walking distance.

Coming down for breakfast at a later hour usually meant you ate either cold scambled eggs or none. Food variety rather limited at breakfast.

The rooms were quite basic, but the Restaurant was good and the best with the hotel I would say.
