Pros +
- The room is big enough for 1 person; breakfast is a bit simple but still acceptable, I would expect a better one
- The hotel room was clean and so comfy. The beds were some of the most comfortable I can remember! The room featured AC as well as large windows to open for fresh breeze, as well as lots of counter space to hold our tea, snacks, etc. The staff was very professional and so helpful, and I appreciated all of the local foods available in the lobby for sale, as well as the local foods used in the breakfast!
- Location, parking, friendly staff, clean rooms
Cons -
- The air-conditioning is a bit noisy during the night (I don't remember if I can turn it off)
- It was a great stay.
- 18€ for a continental breakfast is ways too much.

Very friendly staff, very good service clean spacious room and bathroom. Perfect for an overnight stay on our way to Rotterdam ferry port.
Everything was good ?
Hotel looked completely refurbished, everything looked new. Room was spacious, beds were large and comfortable. Secured carpark at the back. Hotel even has a wide range of ready made homecooked meals for purchase from a nearby place, really handy as we arrived late at night and it was delicious.
The location of the hotel was good and the staff were very friendly and attentive.
I know it's France so it's going to be expensive but frankly it was outrageously expensive and the room was tiny as well as the bathroom and the bed was also very small. We are very unhappy with the hotel and its extortionate prices.
Dinner, breakfast, room, friendly - and dog-friendly!
Comfortable room and good buffet breakfast.
Forgot restaurant closed at weekend!
Friendly staff, good bar and dining, good room, dog-friendly.
Nil - coming back!
Intake was fast.. I did not have to show my passport. I mentioned my name and I got the key. The secured fenced carpark is fine to have. Especially if you have a car full of goods and if you want to park max. 30 meters from the hotel entrance.Personnel is friendly, helpfull ...
Instructions they give about the room. It is not rare that you use your key card to put into a box in the room so that the lights work. The system in this hotel works the same but the way the keycard has to be inserted is not easy to understand. I had never experienced such a system and had to go down twice to the reception desk to ask how that works. Maybe I am stupid.. I don not know. There was some smell in the corridors.. maybe they cleaned the carpets before I came.. In the room it was OK.. no smell and clean.Breakfast is overprized for what you get. One of the 2 coffeemachines was not working. The scrambled eggs were not good prepared.. sludge undercooked.. I could have consumed it with a straw. the boiled eggs came out of the freezer?.. were stone cold.. so probably not fresh boiled?
Very friendly personal. We came in very late in the evening and they are pet friendly! The beds were comfortable enough. Breakfast had enough variation and was fresh.
The pillows were worn out.
Clean rooms and reasonably quiet and insulated. People at the reception were friendly and tried their best to communicate with me and my terrible French.
Good quality fittings all round, including linen, towels etc.Secure parking.Lift.
Everything was fine.
Better bathroom that other cheap hotel options. Good aircon. Hotel restaurant was closed and the receptionist gave us alternatives. Close to tram stop so we went into Orleans centre.
Hotel positioned on road junction. Luckily our room faced the opposite direction.
Secure parking Clean room Excellent staff
Liked everything
Welcoming, air conditioned as it was 38 deg. Comfortable food reasonable. Parking outside for motorbike.
Nothing really
Friendliness & cleanliness
The mattress would benefit from a memory foam topper. While it is a very good mattress in its own right, the memory foam would help back sufferers.
Very clean. Safe car park. Very friendly helpful staff.
Pillows. Far too high, no variation. No gluten free products at breakfast. (I’m coeliac)
Friendly staff, good room with nice amenities. Very nice breakfast
