Check-in asked if pool view ok. Said we could pick another as long as it overlooked pool. Waiter brought unopened bottle of water tried to make it look like he was opening at table when the cap was for a beer. 2 soups, hamburgers & split desert=

Sink is not deep and water splatters, not very hygienic. Sofa bed not so comfortable

Nice room

We were told on-site that the swimming pool only opens from 10th of May. This was not mentioned on the bookingssite and was very disappointing for the children. Staff not very flexible in simple things, asking for a different sauce with the order as an example. Was on the menu for another plate but immediate No and few other examples, food not great either.

Easy access and near to E Leclerc, etc. Free parking. Pool looks like it would be lovely in summer. Restaurant and bar on site so useful at end of long drive.

Breakfast in room is a bit pricey at 20 euros each for bread and pastries (plus usual extras).

Nice hotel grounds.

Though the mattress was fine, the bed had a metal frame that squeaked and didn’t feel entirely solid.

Really quick efficient check in. Super comfortable bed. Excellent restaurant staff.

Bathrooms are small and basic.

Room was large and modern. Everywhere was clean and maintained. The breakfast was extensive with hot and cold options. These were replenished frequently. The bouncy castle and pool were great for the family. Our children left their teddies in the room when we left on our return stay at the hotel. One email to the reception team and they had found them in our room and were happy to post back to us in the UK. Thank you!

towels for the pool seemed old and well used. Have a separate smoking area outside.

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms and pet friendly :) Modern and cozy with super facilities; breakfast very good, the restaurant is also with a interesting french food menuparking very big and the hotel is surrounded by forest

it's far away to Orleans city center

It's a great place. Stayed there many times and always reliably good. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is helpful and it is easy to access from the motorway on our way to Barcelona.

Great stay except there was a terrible smell in the hallway and in one of the washrooms. The staff tried to deal with it but it was clearly being caused by something more fundamental.

This hotel was perfect for us, facilities good, lovely rooms, helpful staff and great restaurant.

Pool, breakfast, location. Families will love this place. Surprisingly quite room.

Bathroom was disappointing, not what was advertised. Much older than the app photos show. Shower bar was held up with tape. Shower head was old, clogged with limescale.App said walk-in bathtub and shower, but was actually an old bathtub... a very high step over to get into. It seems the photos are of a renovated room, but our room was not renovated. App said bed was a Full, but was actually 2 singles pushed together... uncomfortable. Overall, I feel cheated by false advertising.

The electric car charging wasn't easy. You had to download an app, and on top of that, it turned out to be much more expensive than charging on the highway. It's shameful that you attract people with this facility that turns out to be incredibly expensive afterward.
