Holiday Inn Express Caen - Epron By IHG

loved this hotel, loved the room, breakfast was good, staff was amazing.

Cleanliness, excellent customer service and so friendly

It was clean and the breakfast and complementary croissants were an amazing treat!

We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and comfortable bed. The breakfast offered a nice selection of both hot / cold options. Adelle at reception was absolutely wonderful, friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Our room was spacious, with reliable hot water and a good internet connection, which made our stay even more comfortable. We also had a hire car, and the location worked perfectly for us. It was only about a 10-minute drive to Caen Château.Overall, a pleasant experience and a hotel we’d happily recommend.

I don't have anything negative to say about this property.

This hotel was a very reasonably priced option for our visit to Normandy. There are multiple food options within a short walking distance from the hotel. The parking is free, which is becoming less prevalent at most hotels. The breakfast had quite a few options and was well stocked. The room was very clean and the bathroom was modernized with an excellent shower. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Excellent value for the price.

Friendly nice and clean and a wonderful breakfast

Hotel is very clean and seems very new.Stuff very friendly Breakfast continental , tasty, offer many options

A small fridge in the room could be helpful

Clean and comfortable room. On-site parking was convenient. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Located near Caen and other places to visit in Normandy.

Good breakfast, comfortable rooms, quiet location. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

I would've liked a small refrigerator in the room.

Breakfasts were really good - staff very friendly and helpful Room was very comfortable and a nice size bathroom as well. Parking was free and convenient.

Location was a little away from the city centre

Location, breakfast, staff.

Would have liked a larger lounge.

- Very helpful staff- Clean, functional and good-sized room- Good breakfast

- Location (not in town, very few restaurants in neighborhood; but closer to the D-Day historical sites

The staff at front desk Lindsay was super friendly and helpful. Hotel room was comfortable, large and clean.Breakfast was incredible good with plenty choices.Super pizza place on the left side of the hotel is a good choice for dinner.

Very clean, extremely comfortable, pleasant staff,

Good value for money. The room looked new and clean. The breakfast was good.

The downsides are absence of fridge in the room, bottled water and slippers for the guests.

Location was good, needed ferry. Breakfast quite basic

Not enough milk etc in room and more cooked choice at breakfast. No staff in dining room

Brilliant breakfast- exceeded expectations! Perfect location- convenient for Caen, the coast and the car ferry!

Great customer services helped us to keep room on for the day with out charge when our ferry was cancelled

Really helpful and friendly staff-those we met spoke very good English and were appreciative of our attempts to speak French!

Our sat nav chose not to recognise the location but all ok on Google maps.

The breakfast waa great..a really good selection of different foods.

There's a strange smell on the 2nd floor just as you get off the elevator. Another con was no mini fridge in the room.
