Could have been cleaner. I had to wipe the table first before I felt comfortable using it.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the kind gentleman who stayed late to check us in after our arrival from the ferry took longer than expected. Clean and quiet property and very comfortable beds, plus air conditioning. Very good breakfast. Easy access from car ferry port.

If your room is on the second floor, you'll have to carry the bags up there using the stairs. Nothing else to mention, really.

As above, please make normal travellers aware of these mass bookings.

Unfortunately, every BMW motor cyclist in Belgium, was booked into that hotel last night, they took over 90 % of the parking space available even the disabled bays, not an experience I would like to repeat.I would suggest that for similar group bookings, the hotel does NOT, except any other bookings.I hasten to add, the hotel staff were very good under the circumstances.

The Lady at the front desk was very lovely, she even offered us a free hot beverage.There is also a charging station for electric cara (Type 2)

It’s only 15 minutes from the ferry terminal so was great for resting after a long journey and getting to an early ferry the next day. Parking was available right in front of our room. There was a large supermarket just a short drive away and I would recommend the Royal Wok restaurant, which is walking distance from the hotel.

It met all our expectations so nothing to complain about

The man on Reception was very personable and 'clued up' regarding our needs and pertinent information. The room was amazing for the price we paid and the hotel will certainly be on our list of preferred stop-overs (we use the ferry at least six times a year).

I have often used this hotel, ever since it was a Campanile. It's always a good experience and the staff are friendly and efficient. Beds are comfortable and rooms are warm and inviting.

Unfortunately, on this occasion, the eggs and bacon were stone cold. Scrambled eggs were perfectly cooked to my satisfaction but it didn't seem as if the bain-marie was working.

Great for a stopover.Clean,super comfy beds .Bit of a problem with the wetroom/toilet.....everything really does get very wet ?Breakfast was minimal but good quality and sufficient !

We have used this hotel for many years, originally as the Campanile, it is an easy location for us an route and on return from the Ferry.

No cups in the room, only a paper cup which is not good for older people!!

Good location, clean and tidy, staff at reception friendly and courteous

Friendly and very approachable receptionist, spotless room with a very comfortable bed. A nice quiet location some 15 mins from the ferry terminal so convenient, and within five minutes walk is a large Carrefour. Opposite thete isa retail park. Ceck out the golden wok chinese buffet too.

The hotel is conveniently situated for reaching teh ferry port at Ouistrhaven. The rooms are clean and comfortable and an excellent brakfast was provided (at extrqa, but reasonable, cost). Plenty opf parking.
