- The Hotel is well situated in the centre of Wernigerode. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

- There was no kettle in the room and no possibility to make a cup of tea outside the restaurant hours.

Very adorable German style design, the room was spacious and very clean. There was a good choice at the breakfast buffet and the location was perfect!

The room was darling. Loved the towel heater. Breakfast was nice. A very good value. Loved that they watched my luggage for me while I enjoyed the train ride.
No counter space in the bathroom and no outlet in the bathroom. Communication with the staff was a little difficult as they weren't completely fluent in English.

Comfortable walking distance for town attractions and castle.Friendly and helpful staff. Good choice of continental style buffet breakfast items with welcome additional option of scrambled eggs & bacon. The room on the second floor was quiet and benefitted from a view towards Schloss Wernigerode. On Christmas Eve we were pleasantly surprised to find a small illuminated Christmas tree in the room and a tray of festive treats!

Hotel staff are friendly. The location is excellent, as it is located near to train station.
Varieties and range for the provided breakfast are pretty limited. Numbers of table are less than the guests. We had to wait for more than 15 minutes to get a table.
Loved the central location and the inner yard.
