It was clean &:tidy ideal for us and easy to find.

The room was clean and well organized. We had dinner in the restaurant which was very good. Breakfast also was plentiful. The hotel seemed to be very well run.

Evening reception service efficient.

Breakfast poor value. No hot food except for DIY means to boil egg. Jobs worth staff member at breakfast - insisted eat breakfast off a tray.

would have prefer a shower rather than a shower over the bath

It was good, clean and comfortable. Staff friendly. The location on the industrial estate was fine, it was only an overnight stop. Not really suited for a longer stay in our opinion. Dinner in the dining room was excellent too. The fact there was free parking right outside our ground floor chalet was really great.

Probably only the location as it was a bit run down and grubby outside. But once inside it really didn't matter at all. Very comfy. Kettle, coffee.... ☕?

Location. Dog friendly. Rooms are ideal for a short stay. The staff are nice.

It was a new mattress. Quite firm. Good for the back. But it took some getting used to.

Don’t be put off by the access. All rooms are being re-vamped and only the updated rooms are available. Restraunt was up to standard, good breakfast and simple but good evening meal too.

Access signs look a bit drab.

As expected with advantage if parking right outside room.Centre of town a delight.

Twin beds make it very tight on space especially with limited mobility.

It allows pets but did not have a room where you could eat with your dog with you. We did not expect to go in the restaurant, but there was an annex and we asked could we eat in there after driving 13 hours and they would not allow even though it was empty. Would not go there again, we could not leave the dog in the room.

The property is a building site- work equipment everywhere- absolutely awful- we should have been advised of this prior to booking half the hotel is out of action - current rooms are in a sad state

The location

The floor was dirty, the drain in the shower was boocked with hair (before we arrived), the only heating was from a stove heater which buzzed and blocked our path around the bed… it añso hd to stay on all night as it was -1 degrees which is very inefficient and not very safe, the heater in the bathroom didnt work at all and the bathroom was freezing cold, the room smelled of stale tabacco smoke which was so bad i could smell it on my clothes after we left. The decor was really delapidated and not clean.
