Pros +
- Clean, nice breakfast, the pool and sauna were nice. The water pressure in the shower was great and the bed was very comfortable.
- Looked great if you you wasn’t shown to your room and told to leave because they didn’t want to make the beds up
- Sorry. Not what I expected
Cons -
- The room was a little cold despite trying to turn on the heat.
- Staff member was horrendously unhelpful got us all checked in walked us to the other side of hotel to open our door and say no you can’t stay here go and find somthing else
- Ok. Hotel is overpriced for the room and services offered. This is a wellness hotel and I attempted to set up massages before setting up the reservation and was told that once I reserved the room I could call at 10 in the morning of arrival to speak with Spa staff. When I called at 10 the morning of arrival I was told that there was no one to talk to me about massages. The person I spoke with assured me that once we arrived they (he) would take care of my request. Ok, once we arrived they said that Spa Staff was not available and we needed to wait for the next morning at 9 and make our request. So, I am giving up on the massage idea. Another disappointment was a Buffet dinner on the day we arrived. We will see how the breakfast goes. The breakfast offerings were meager at best. Sorry, for the disappointing review. I tend to be generous and usually over something’s. But, I was disappointed with this hotel stay, By the way I did check with spa staff and was told that there was only one massage slot was available.

Lovely building, easy parking, friendly staff and good breakfast. Most of all I loved the spa/sauna area where I spent a lot of time relaxing.
Nothing around hotel
Very good breakfast. Nice garden with restaurant. Large room. Friendly staff. Parking in front of the hotel. We arrived with motorcycles and could park in front of the entrace. There is pool and spa facilities, we didn’t use it but it looked nice.

It’s time to update the...
The food dinner/ lunch buffet where horrible The place provides the cheapest condiments.
Very Disappointing.
The room was old and outdated - not like shown on the internet display. Parking was not available on side as all occupied. Restaurant was the second reason we choose the hotel - was closed and you could not have a la carte menu - just a cheap buffet. To get a drink at the hotel bar took 30 minutes and they run out of a simple white wine after the first glass. Overall a very poor customer service experience.
The hotel occupies a historical building with a very special flair. The wellness area is decent. Having a private brewery onsite is certainly a plus, the beer was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, although most of them wouldn’t speak English. On the other hand, that’s definitely far from a 4-star hotel standard, so don’t expect much from the place
The room looked outdated and wasn’t properly cleaned. The hygiene was questionable. The air was stuffy. The breakfast didn’t meet our expectations as there was clearly not enough food/drinks for the amount of people hosted over the weekend, and the personnel didn’t bother fulfilling the stands with more stuff
Very poor
For of all the Personal of reception was Not friendly..and in my opinion is better ther to Work Somebody who can Talk a International language..for example Englisch...the second Part..the water in the Pool was so clearly to could ...in the room was defnetley cold....and i didn t understand why the Restaurant was so earlier closer...but for the room price me and my Boyfriend WE was expentinhg something better ...i ll never make the mistake to came ever there .for 250€ was teribble .

The pool and sauna are well designed and pleasant to spend time in, with provided bathrobes/slippers in the room and towels on-site. The staff is very friendly, albeit most are junior/in training. The room was clean and well prepared with a free bottle of local beverage.
The hotel seems a little out of time, stuck in years gone by - both the property, the interior, as well as the surroundings. The bartender left when we arrived, leaving us alone - and the bar missed ambiance. The dinner/buffet were all convenience goods and just above coldness; the breakfast had a shortage of scrambled eggs which could not be replenished due to shortage (resource or material - not really clear). All in all, I felt the hotel wasn't really ready (yet?) in the first week of the new year to manage the amount of guests being what seemed understaffed and I would not rate it as a 4-star hotel...
Great breakfastFriendly staffNice facilities (wellness center but also 2 full size chairs in the room)
Really easy to find and park, close to Quendlinburg. Plus had a swimming pool and other spa facilities.
Very nice hotel with swimming pool.
No air conditioning very hot in the rooms, room cleaning put my towels from the floor back on the hook, after check out checked my invoice and I was charged for late check out, I checked out at 8 am.
Nice location, beautiful gardens, fantastic staff, lovely pool area, big and comfy rooms, very pretty beer garden. Oasis of calm after a long day of travel on a business trip.
Dinner buffet wasn’t haute cuisine, but for 15 euros it filled me up and wasn’t unpleasant at all. Washed it down with a couple of beers from their own brewery.
Great spa. Very friendly staff. Authentic hotel with vibe. Great beer in the brewery
Location away from everything. Food not high quality
The pool area was excellent after receiving a time slot with reception. There never was a problem getting some time in the pool. The pool is quite deep so small children need adult supervision. The staff were very good and we received favourable responses to any of our requests. Our room was a good size for 2 adults and toddler and the bathroom was large with amenities included. A fridge and safe was also included for personal use.We had a massage at the spa and were very pleased with the service.
Due to Covid, the restaurant was closed. The ample breakfast was served in the adjoining Beer House. However, our dinner experience was very poor due to the quality of the food. We ordered delivery service from a local restaurant for our second evening.
Good
