Excellent welcome, very clean, close to town.

Comfortable bed and good quality bedroom

Restaurant next door was closed so no good option for dining + jacuzzi was SPA service not open to all

Very nice hotel, with a pool outside. Very nice man on reception, lovely rooms. Breakfast was very good, lots to choose from. Very good restaurant right next door with a large outdoor terrace. Food was excellent.

The hotel was super clean, and we loved the fact that the rooms were soundproof as we couldn’t hear the road at all. The pool was also great and the shower was amazing.

An in-house restaurant could have been good as the one next door happened to be closed for two of the nights of our stay.

Air conditioning was a bit below par, but it was 30°C plus.

The location is very remote. The only restaurant nearby did not open on Sundays and Mondays so we ended up looking for a restaurant late in the evening as we did not know this - no easy task and very inconvenient

Room quite small and near a busy road but fine for one night.

There was air conditioning in the room , the reception was nice , the staff were friendly

The colour of the bedroom and also the toilet was facing your bed , obviously with a door was separate from the shower and sink

Really clean - enjoyable breakfast - kindly given an upgrade so that we could have a room next to our family .- ground floor accommodation with walk in shower ideal for those of us with mobility difficulties

- There was a bar but didn’t serve wine - rooms could do with refreshing with a coat of paint - a bit off the beaten track and unfortunately the restaurant next door was closed for the week so we had to go out for evening meal

All communication was in French after I had spoken to and written special requests in English. The receptionist, as friendly and professional as she was, could not speak English - we had to use Google Translate to communicate..The bed in our room was a pull down bed with the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. There were no coffee/tea cups or milk in the room but there was a kettle and coffee sachets.

Nice hotel, very good breakfast, great massages and spa, confortable bed.

The wc is weirdly placed inside the room, too close to the bed

Superb breakfast, quiet room, located in a beautiful countryside area. The staff was helpful, especially the English speaking ones. Big parking next to the hotel, located closeby to a supermarket.

Common to France; a lot of the staff didn't understand a single word in English. As a hotel that deals with tourists and not only French people I'd expect for at least some understanding; makes it difficult to communicate.

the check in agent was very helpful. the room was clean and comfortable.

i couldn’t get the lights at the headboard to turn off. Switch only operated part of lighting. the night clerk was no where to be found for 15 min. sobwent to bed with pillow over my face to block out light. barely slept. tried to tell her when i departed at 3:45am. no English. Also, property was advertised as being very close to Nantes Airport. it was not. the taxi cost 50 Euros.

Advertised as having a restaurant, it was closed. I specifically booked this hotel so as not to have to drive into the village to eat and restaurant was closed. Poor, very poor.
