It would have been a good location if we had felt safe in an empty building!

No one to meet us and restaurant and main entrance closed. No one was staying in the guest house. Security was bad as the back door and courtyard was not locked.

Exceeded our expectations. Surprised the average score is not higher. Easy to find. Good parking. Great riim and bathroom.

Good price, clean room, quiet neighborhood that gave us a feeling of what the area is like.A fine place for an overnight stop.

Not a big deal, but no elevator and we had two flights to carry up our suitcases....

It was on my bicycle route, and perfect. The dining room was being renovated so closed for dinner and breakfast, but that will not last forever.

Easy to find, we stayed one night only, so the facilities were good for us. Comfortable bed, enough space in the room, good shower.

No bottled water in the room. The mansard ceiling to close to the bed (our room was on the top floor), so you need to watch the head each time you're going to approach the bed.

Very friendly staff. Other than expected in this country, they didn't annoy the guests with completely exaggerated Corona measuress.The internet is free and it actually works. Don't rely on the mobile internet, since also in this aspect, Germany is lagging behind at least 20 years.The restaurant wasn't open, because the regime doesn't allow them to open, otherwise they probably would have. Breakfast is offered, though and appears to be good.

As it is typical for Germany, they didn't take card. Only the national bank card (EC card), which is only available to detainees ( = German residents). Not accepting international payment methods is a widespread problem in Germany. They're lagging 40 years behind in such things.Although in the east this issue isn't as severe as it is on the west, there are still too many tourist places that take cash only. The issue will probably remain unaddressed for another couple of decades, as in their view "more and more businesses are accepting EC cards".
