Hotel Rosengarten

Super location, restaurant food portions was very big and delicious meals like at home.

Driving a Tesla and charging at the giga factory charging location and having driven all day I asked the car for a hotel close to my route and they suggested this one. Staff even made a Sandwich and draught beer for me. That's what leaving the light on means in Germany..

The food was fabulous, and the beers were very nice. The restaurant had lovely decorations.

A very rude receptionist, the restaurant was closed to 5pm so no drinks, no food, one bottle of hand wash in a bath, no A/C, from 4pm till 5.15pm we were locked in the hotel as the staff left the property (no information), when we tried to make complain the receptionist stopped speaking English.

Very nice surroundings, good breakfast. Basic, but clean rooms, friendly staff.

It would be nice to have a fridge in the room and access to coffee/tea making facilities in the evening.

Big room, comfy beds, very quiet location

Uncomfortable pillows, no toiletries, every light and appliance was unplugged and it looked like there were no sockets for most of the lights

Nice connection by train to Frankfurt/Oder, takes 5 minutes to walk to the station and 5 minutes by train to town.The room was very clean.

Breakfast cost 13 Euros/person, but you don't really get what you pay for. The buffet was nearly empty and not replenished anymore. The fried eggs were cold and dry, no bread rolls left, only toast.

In Website they have written breakfast is from 6 am ready but it's 7 and therefore I couldn't have it.There were no toothpaste or shampoo in bathroom.The kitchen personal speak neither Deutsch nor english.they are Russian.There are no Taxi and manager told me I should self find a taxi 7 am

The bar and restaurant wer cute, very "German".

The room had no ketle or tea making facilities, the view from the window was directly into someone elses house

Easy booking on the day and easy check in. Rooms were clean and well presented and breakfast was simple but adequate. Location was good for us, very close to Romania border. Will gladly use again when we return in September

The room I had did not have a blind covering the roof window, I had to cover with a blanket off the spare bed

Excellent location

No kettle, tea or coffee in room. 2 single beds. Only one bed side table with one light which was broken. Curtains not big nough for room on first floor. Everybody walking past could look into window !

We arrived late, which was not a problem for the staff. They gave us helpful information to find a late meal. Breakfast was ok.

The room was a bit smaller than expected and the extra bed for our son was quite worn through. Carpets throughout the hotel need a good cleaning. No blinds in the room (blinds that can help darken the room) so at 5am the room is already very bright. The hotel itself feels like it needs a fresh start.
