B&B HOTEL Frankfurt-Oder

The room was clean and spacious - we chose a triple room for two people, because we wanted to have extra space. The check in was not flexible, but it was nice to have somewhere to leave our luggage safely, while we explore the city.

The check in was not flexible - we had to wait until 15:00. The room did not provide drinking water and the tap water tasted bad. Instead of real glasses, the room provided single-use cups, which really looked strange when all the signs and posters screamed about ecofriendliness and sustainability. Also, it didn't add up to the feeling of home.

Perfect location, super nice and friendly staff, high quality room (as always with B&B), welcoming and comfortable common areas.

Breakfast was very disappointing.

Easy to find.

There was no parking space left at the site and the reception person failed to offer a solution.

The hotel is a 3-minute walk away from the main station. You can reach the city center on foot in 10 to 15 minutes.The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good.

You should be aware that a hotel in such proximity to the main station is, of course, also next to the railway tracks. You'll occasionally hear a train passing by.

Nice hotel in the center of Frankfurt Oder. We stayed here on our way from the netherlands to poland, so it was only for a couple of hours. We slept well and enjoyed the breakfast.

Reception not manned at night so had use a check-in kiosk which was a bit fiddly. Glad I took a note of my access code as the email that was supposed to be sent never hit my inbox.

Excellent Staff, Clean room , Not very easy to find the location due to construction activities around the Hotel.

Just finding the Hotel was a bit not Easy

The bed was super comfortable, pillows too, and it was very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly.

There was a smell in the room that was a bit weird, like a fish smell. We needed to open the windows every time we were indoors. The air would clean up but it was not nice to have to do that every time.

It’s close to the train station, the rooms are spacious and clean. I liked that there were many good vegan options for breakfast

It would be useful to be able to find a staff member. For instance, when I arrived for breakfast there was no coffee, I couldn’t see any staff members and nobody at the reception. It turned out the staff were in plain clothes, no badges, and one of the two was effectively a child. I know teenagers can work in Germany, but a girl in children clothes just looks like one of the hotel guests and it’s not obvious she’s the person to help with requests to the staff. Badges or uniforms would be useful in this case. Also I missed water or a kettle in the room.

It is advertised that hotel has it's own parking, however upon arrival receptionist informed, that it is full and there is no parking space.Unfortunately we couldn't get directions to find monitored parking space.

I liked the spotless room and the comfortable bed. Everything was in excellent shape. Delicious coffee.

The ventilation was very loud and sounded like a jet during the night.The room lacks an electric kettle and glasses to make tea or coffee. Breakfast was sufficient, although you would expect more for such a high price. I was missing regular black tea. Only herb or green tea was available.

I arrived late at 11.30 pm and the checkin was closed. But there was a machine to check you in nice and quickly. Put on my reservation number and surname and got my room number and password for my room. The room was so cozy and heated so it was nice not to go into a cold room so late at night.

Cleaness and good location. Good breakfast.

I came to that hotel with my bunny twice. The hotel is very close to the train station so it's a good place to spend a night in-between a trip. For a one night stay it was comfortable and very clean, all that I could ask for. Bonus points for not charging additionally for the rabbit. The staff is also very nice:)

Maybe more snacks or vending machines could be present in the lobby, but it really wasn't a problem, as there are shops and restaurants nearby.

First night, I was sent to parking lot at a supermarket, some 5 min walk from the hotel. Not satisfiyng

Very convenient location near the railway station. The room is clean and quiet. Breakfast is good.

Very quiet location even though it is in a centre of town. Very clean and pet friendly.

Had difficulty using online check in system as i arrived late at night and had to reserve 2 rooms for 3 adults. Same with parking it was difficult to understand how it works. But at the end everything worked out perfectly.
