Hotel Am Martinsberg

The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Really nice common space to lounge in. For 5 euro, they did my laundry for me! Facilities modern and spotless.

Room was small. Slight walk up a hill, which makes it less accessible. Shower design led to water leaking out onto bathroom floor. Lacking some character/charm.

Specious room with comfy bed and bedding . Good standard of cleanliness. Good location. Car park available .

The bathroom with a shower was very small, with no space to place cosmetics. The breakfast selection was limited, and the person preparing breakfast did not even respond to a simple "Good morning," which felt unfriendly. Additionally, the owner/manager lacked hospitality skills and did not make me feel welcome during my stay.

Rooms very clean , bed very comfortable- can't complain at all . Convenient location.Breakfast extremely basic with limited choice , but at least good coffee .

WiFi was disconnecting every few minutes - poor quality.

Is under some renovation. About 3 blocks from the train station in a nice residential area. Easy walk into the old town. Good restaurant - Napoli - next to the train station and a grocery store about a block away with lots of ready to eat options.

About 2 of the 3 blocks from the train station were up a very steep hill, so be aware if you have a lot of luggage. No elevator in hotel either.

It was clean and close to town. We had a nice view from our room. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a reasonable price.

There were no beverages available other than at breakfast.

Room did not look like rooms on the photos. Old bathroom making all kinds of noises during the night.

I did not like the hotel

It was cold and not clean at all. It was also expensive . The receptionist was not kind even he was angry wit us that we arrived at the hotel early on Sunday but we could have done nothing with the flight schedule . Moreover nobody could speak English except from the receptionist and he was not there all the time and was not kind.

No tea or coffee in room.

Cars parked in front of my room blocking window, diesel fumes entered my room through the window, much noise from the guys who parked in front of my room at 5 am in the morning. Bed was too small (I'm 1.93m). No parking spaces available, nevertheless people parked.

Basic room and breakfast, good location close to the centrum.

Friendly customer service, free coffee and fruits even if you don't pay for breakfast. Convenient location, good free parking.

Bedding wasn't 100% to my expectation. Based on 4 sets, 3 were nice and fresh.

No breakfast taken, enjoyed offered free coffee in the morning, good bed, nice person at reception. Second visit and more will follow

We arrived at 8pm and parking was full which is ok. Plenty of space to park in the street.
