Hotel Am Helmwartsturm

Staff, location, breakfast and the building were great

The bed (mattress) were not good. And the badthroom door didn't closed completely

The hotel has a perfect location. Very close to the decent restraurants. They have a satisfying breakfast. And the personnel are so kind. They have a very easy self check-in procedure for the late arrival cases.

- Really nice hotel with comfy beds, spacious rooms and high quality bathroom. The breakfast was good too- Private garage to store bikes was really appreciated

- Check-in closed quite early, though a work around was provided

This is a great little hotel. In fact it’s pretty much perfect. The rooms are large, the bed is very comfortable and the shower is so powerful it would nearly take your skin off. The location is great, within walking distance of all the lovely shops and restaurants of Andernach. And the breakfast was 10 out of 10. So much choice and perfect crispy bacon!

Not one thing.

Friendly welcome and safe bike storage . Room was clean and comfortable .

This was my second time staying in this hotel, and it was just as amazing as the first stay. Great location, lovely breakfast, wondering staff, great value for money, very comfortable beds.

There is nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect.

They were very flexible and helpful with the booking. Great room, comfortable bed, super location.

Suggestion to change the toiletries in the bathroom to natural cosmetics.

Good breakfast and central location.

There was some noice one night because of a carnival party.

I liked how quiet my room was. I liked the very friendly reception.

Room was quiet but a bit dark. The breakfast was nothing special.

Cute hotel in Andernach. Has a garage for bicycle parking. Nice breakfast. Offers a list of recommendations -- be sure to eat at Damaskus Syrian restaurant a short walk away. Along the old city wall and not the Rhine, but an easy walk to it.

The room and bathroom were very good, the breakfast was excellent the the location, in the centre of the historic old town was great. The free parking was very good and all the staff were really wonderful.

I can't think of anything.

Great service, we did a late check-in without any issue. Room was clean and confortable

Street was a bit noisy

Really nice hotel in the center of a beautiful small town with a great location. Room was really nice and personal friendly. Breakfast was especially good.

Breakfast, location, free parking, communication

Smell in the room, no idea what was that, but similar to dirty socks. It actually spoils the overall impression

I had forgotten some paperwork and the receptionist on Thursday was more than helpful with printing it out..

Breakfast bacon was overdone.

Self check in and bike storage worked really well. Super comfortable bed and room with aircon. Nice breakfast.

Great location immediately off the bike trail and 50m. from the town square / center . The young lady at reception was extremely pleasant and very helpful . Great locked indoor bike storage . Lift to room . Room very nice , clean and bright . Many good restaurants within 4 - 500m. walk . Breakfast was also very good with hot and cold food options . We will return here again on another bicycle journey.

Liked it all

Excellent location, great breakfast, they have a lift, drinks available for guests. They let us check out and then store our luggage until later.

Everything was fine.

Hotel was very clean, room and facilites extremely comfortable and the staff very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. As I arived late at night, the option to retrieve my key from a coded keybox made everything much easier

No complaints here!

Great location and free parking in the multi storey close by was a bonus. The breakfast was outstanding and it was an easy walk to nearby restaurants.

Did not like the latex undersheet - it made sleeping hot. If used there should be a good quality mattress protector on top of this not just a sheet. The pillows were soggy - need to offer a firmer choice.
