Pros +
- It was a very good location and your kindness
- Easy to reach, large parking, fair price, breakfast included (minimal, but it works), right next to a Lidl supermarket.
- Very convenient for travellers like us. We just stopped over for one day before we continued to the next destination. Closed and just by walking distance to the Lidl supermarket, McDonald's, KFC, Action, etc consider added value. Highly recommend.
Cons -
- That there weren't any towels, and the guests were a little too loud
- Tiny shower. Not fun for a tall man. When I came for breakfast, 30 minutes before it closed, the receptionist had already stacked all the tables on the chairs... so there wasn't much of a vibe.Overall I didn't feel the receptionists made real human contact. The live interactions felt transactional and impersonal.Water was dripping in the pipes in the bathroom, which was a bit annoying when I tried to fall asleep.

Near to Colmar, free parking
The room wasn’t clean enough.
Room was comfortable and warm.Private bathroom.Wifi worked great. You have a microwave in the reception. You have supermarkets and a shopping center nearby.
Expensive for what it offers (69 euros a night). No kitchen if you are looking for one.Reception is only opened for 4 hours in the morning and 4 hours in the afternoon.Check in really late (5pm).Thin walls, you can hear every noise outside.Away from Colmar.
Location to Colmar.
o soundproofing in the rooms. Could hear next doors TV and even someone snoring. Mouldy rooms with cigarette smell. The sink was loose and coming away from rhe wall and the toilet holder was broken. Cigarette burns on the bedding.
Nothing. It was awful. Very dirty in the middle of nowhere.
Was very dirty, nothing like in the pictures.
Big parking. Pretty close to the city of Colmar by car. Good price compared to other accomodations nearby.
Everything is old and dirty. Small room. Heating didn't work properly in late November. Would not spend more than one night there.
Nothing really
Not worth 45€, it’s just a bed and tiny shower where you can barely fit, barely any space to even walk
Price for a short stay
Messy place, noisy guests around, poor facilities. We received a key in our check in of another room, and at 1 in the morning we opened a room that was not ours. Luckily the guests were not there, but all their belongings were. We then had to wake up again the staff that gave us the correct key without acknowledging the bad mistake. It was just enough to just sleep for few hours and continue our trip, so the price we paid was fair for what we had.
Pay for a better place
Everything and everyone. Don’t go here. They only speak French… like all the French peaple. That’s not an hotel that’s a motel.
Good location just outside Colmar (although not really walkable). Stayed for one night en route for holiday further south. Rooms were clean, it was relatively quiet, private parking. Staff were friendly. Good value for money due to access to near by towns.
Bit hard to find as it's in a business/shopping park. It's very basic. Shower is a wet room and a little cramped.
Bad
Put wrong date to reservation, asked to change the date from front desk. But it did not work out. Asked me contact booking, Booking even could not reach the hotel and send me apology mails. No english speaker at reception, expect you know French even you are tourist to colmar. Rooms are small, no fresh air. Could not sleep all night. Terrible experience. Pay a little bit more, run away from this place.
the last place to stay at..
doors are broken, I could hear all activities in bathroom and room of my neighbors, breakfast just sugar (why dont you buy simple healthy musli)
Location
Few basic amenities like microwave, kettle were missing
Free Parking, Location near to Shopping Centers
Rooms too small, staff didn’t speak any words of English, we needed to speak with fingers.
Dangerously bad
It was unclean. There were hairs and dirt everywhere. The shower the first time was broken. The doors the second were broken, indeed the outer door had been tampered with by placing a screw in the locking mechanism to prevent locking. The first night we stayed a drug dealer was clearly in the next room (arrived back at 1:30) we have enough French to know a deal was being set up for the next day, loudly, on a mobile. The only reason we stayed on the return journey was pre payment and lack of time to make alternative arrangements. It appears to be being used to house people indefinitely so poor kids are playing there.
Located not far from the city center 10min by carParking in front of the building
In the evening it was quite loud, there were people living in some rooms. We were charged twice for the electricity tax once on booking.com and once at place(2eur)Small room, window looking at the entrance couldn't really leave it open.
Breakfast offered for the price was acceptable.
Check-in procedure was a disaster. And when you have children at the cold in your car this matters! The check-in kiosk was not properly functioning: the screen was not a real touch screen and it was really hard to type numbers and characters because it was not a real touch screen but a mouse pointer moving on the screen and often not pointing to the right place. The system could not recognize our reservation by any parameter (code, first name, last name, whatever). When we contacted the service desk the person were laughing in the background and sort of assuming we were not capable to manage simple things like type a name on a touch screen. Finally a receptionist was activated and gave us the keys but when we tried to enter the keys were not working and I had to recycle again on the service desk and then on the receptionist. They were always assuming that we were not capable to open a lock with a card. I have travelled all other the world in multiple hotels and location with different stars level and I know perfectly how an hotel lock based on a card mechanism should work.I am super unhappy about that and it is not that I do not understand that sometimes such computers/cards/keys can have defects but it is mostly the attitude of the people not understanding that a family arriving at late night with children needs a smooth mechanism to enter the room for having the deserved rest.Guessing why, instead, the payments were automatically managed without any issue ...
Only the parking space.
1. The shower. There were no pictures on Booking of the shower. Once we see it, we understood immediately why there weren’t pictures on Booking. 2. The beds were small and with curves. 3. The room was clean, except under the bed.4. There was no good water pressure, sometimes you got cold water instead of hot.5. No good sound isolation. You can hear almost anyone in the hotel.6. Nobody from the staff spoke English. Even one word. It’s known french people refuse to speak English, but at least when you have guests, you can try. 7. Paying almost 70€ per night for this room and staying 13min ca. from Colmar city by car, it’s not acceptable.
