After hours automatic check-in machine would not accept credit card. Staff responded to phone call and reopened front desk.

Easy access from the highway. Rooms overlooking parking.

It’s not too far from the Orly Airport which is a hub for domestic flights. A bit noisy till 23:00 or so. After midnight the lake/park next to the hotel has plenty of “wildlife” noise as well. Best if one brings earplugs.

Price was good.

I have just noticed that money on my card is still reserved by this hotel. I paid the bill at the hotel, but my money on the card is reserved at a moment. I ask Booking staff to try to resolve a problem.

I live staff mostly, I know nlonky one nane (Stefi,she is amazing),another amazing lady I never asked for name but her face is on Google picture for hotel and there are also two very nice guys.

It is little far from city but transportation is OK.

Easy reachable from the motorway. Not expensive. Good to have a 3 person room although the bunk bed was very close to the ceiling that my daughter could not sit up in the bed. But OK for just a rest during travel.

Breakfast could have been better but also not needed for this type of accommodation.

Just the location and parking system

Didn’t clean the room, was LOTS of BEDBUGS I slept one day in my car because it wasn’t capable to sleep in that room

Nothing to like

This is a highway motel but worse than the Campanile which is right next to it. Rooms are very small, low ceiling and directly accessed from the outdoors. It is more like being in a ship cabin. The bathroom is extremely small and had a bad smell. If you can avoid it, do it.

Staff were friendly, breakfast was good value. Location close to motorway

The hotel is right under the Paris Orly airport so very noisy until late.Only 1 pillow was provided which was hard so difficult to get comfortable

after I made my booking, I got an email about a supplement of 20 euro, when checking in before 5pm.I was not informed about this before I booked, so I find it very bad practise to do this, and I believe it is against EU consumer laws. (all costs must be made clear before purchase)I arrived before 5pm, and they did not charge me the supplement, but still this mail gives me a bad taste in the mouth.Will certainly not booking again

Problem solved

A group of Tourist from the same bus came to the breakfast room all at once and ate pretty much all of the breakfast food. Luckily, the nice guy at the desk managed this pretty well en restocked it in a record of time! Thx for this good service!

It was clean, the staff was efficient and friendly, fine location.

No lift, the bed was terribly uncomfortable, the pillow was like a child’s pillow, the room and bathroom was extremely small, we couldn’t really use the shower.

Uncomfortable bed and pillows. I know beds are a personal thing, but I hardly slept at all, and the pillows for me were awful. Sorry.

Feels like a dormitory

The room smelt strongly of smoking - not great when travelling with a young child

Price and room. The AC worked so well, and Wi-Fi is great

Small place to take a shower

Good soundproofing, pretty close to the autoroute (though sat nav is a must). Halfway between Limousin and Calais. Best point is that there is an excellent dog-walking park literally straight from the car park. Hotel dog-friendly, with low extra cost for small dog and a tooth treat given. Breakfast OK. Close to several restaurants although getting to them is a challenge because of fencing. Good TV.

The rooms are awfully cramped. The bunk bed above the double is very easy to bang your head on. The shower/WC cubicle is tiny, and the shower head slips down and sprays the whole cubicle.

Staff were welcoming and nice.

The room wasn't clean, we had some bugs crawling in the bed, yuck. And the bathroom smelled horrible, that want cleaned properly. Water didn't drain from the shower, probably stuff stuck in the drain, hence the smell...
