The walls are paper thin, and we were kept awake most of the first night by a guest playing gangster rap music at 2am. I went to complain myself, as did the night staff twice but to little avail. Also, beyond the surface clean the rooms need a deep clean. Lots of dirt in the corners of the room if you look closely enough Lastly, the property advertises itself as in Saint-Germain, but it is actually in ChambourcyThe price charged for the standard of accommodation- even if it was during the Olympics - was ridiculously high, bordering on exploitation

Staff were helpful.

I requested decaffinated coffee be available when reserving. There was none. When I requested it, was told they had no decaffinated available sachets in the room.

The lady that worked in the reception was kind and helpful.

It was dirty in the bathroom and room and it smelled very strong cigarette. Also super dirty in the breakfast tables and area. Breakfast food was cold.

Breakfast could be better.Hotel staff called extremely expensive taxi. It cost me 159 euros to CDG. However, from the airport to hotel I paid 90 euros.

Those responsible for maintaining the normal technical condition in this hotel cannot or do not want to do their job. The bathroom is in critical condition. Only one of the two lights worked. The toilet and faucets in the shower are loose and wobble. The parking lot is littered with broken metal structures. There is no way to call the front desk because the phone does not work.

Good location for where I needed to be for work reasons. Easy, free parking. Staff were helpful & friendly. Restaurant is limited but ok for dinner.

Rooms are greatly in need of refurbishment - or a rebuild. Room maintenance is poor & rooms are tired looking, especially the bathroom. The shower was a real puzzle as the overhead shower head was not connected & the wall mounted one sent the water in the wrong direction, wetting the floor! The wash basin was almost completely blocked. Toilet did not flush well. One side of mirror light did not work. Wi-Fi was very weak, & guests in other neighbouring rooms could be heard talking due to thin walls. In all, a basic motel. Not good value for money.

The location is out of St. Germain, room is small, poorly equiped. This is a motel, not a hotel. Pictures look far better than reality.

Good Location and free parking.

Room was filthy with dirty pillows and toilet was also very claustrophobic with a non functioning showerhead. Floor carpets were dark but we could see stains throughout the room, room smell was not pleasent either. This was not an hotel but a low class motel that deserves 1 star as the furniture is falling apart, bed was awful and hard like a cardboard on the floor. Do not visit if you want to enjoy your stay.

Can't fault breakfast.

I liked the way I was treated as a disabled guest. Perfect parking location and superb bathroom.

Rather a motel, with walkways directly in front of the room. Not a nice area. Interior has a few newisch fancy elements but is in not the best condition otherwise

Room was dirty, banging doors through the night. Not the easiest place to get to.

The location was good to visit my friends. I loved the staff and the bar in the hotel.

Could not open the window in the top floor room. That was annoying because the room got stuffy at night. There was no toilet brush and that is crazy to me. There were a few things kind of old with wear and tear in the room. This is the case where few small things fixed could make thing pleasant.

I recommend everything was good, localisation, nice room good breakfast, communication super super nice
