Our bed was not very comfortable. There were indentations from other people. They really need to flip/turn mattresses between guests.

Right in the middle of town. Very walkable to so many things. The rooms were cozy and clean. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast selection was delicious. Would highly recommend

I really like this hotel. Stayed here many times. It has only one Huge minus- terrible bed matrasse. And a double bed is made from two. I really could not sleeo last time.

Bed was awful. I paid for a 3 night stay but only stayed 2 nights, and had to make different arrangements for 3rd night as the mattress was awful. I could feel the bars of the base through the mattress and then next day ended up with a very painful back. For me it is imperative that I get my nights sleep, as I cannot function the next day without one. Room 103 needs new mattress. The staff did offer me a change of room on the third day but at that stage I had made other arrangements. Also for those of us who are not fluent in French it would be helpful if there was instructions in English, would have made life a little easier. Sorry but I would not recommend this hotel, Staff were the only good thing about my stay.Also my view was of a wall

the location is excellent. the area is very charming. the hotel is basic but has all that you need.

Onsite parking in a garage. The rooms were clean, tidy, well-equipped. The breakfast was nice with quite a few options and the hours for breakfast are outstanding (0630-1000)! Value for price was excellent.

The beds were a bit crowded in the room.

This hotel was a pleasant suprise. Well located, very clean and cosy room. Better than the average Ibis.

Nice modern hotel with a nice fresh aesthetic. Bed was comfortable. Shower was nice. It’s ideally located in walking distance to RER, bakeries and the Chateau.

The temperature is set centrally and was set too high so we could not turn on the aircon /heating. We could not open the window as it was -4 degrees outside. This meant that room got very sweaty.Advertises that there are bicycles to hire…. This was a huge disappointment as it was one of the reasons we chose the hotel. There were 3 bikes. One bike for a little kid, and 2 adult sized bikes both too big. All the tires on all the bikes were completely flat and no evidence of maintenance. The deposit is extortionate considering the poor quality of the bikes.

Good choice for breakfast - better than expected. Safe parking for car. Easy access to a variety of restaurants & the RER.

Good breakfast, okeish selection with good quality ingredients.Very clean, we had daily room service (which is less and less common).Nice location, very close to Saint-Germain heart, not far away from shops, cafes, RER.Quiet street and overall peaceful sleep.Good mattresses.Staff is welcoming and helpful.

Rooms are small.

The hotel is centrally located in the charming town of St Germaine En Laye. It is just a 5 minute walk to the RER station. I requested a quiet room on an upper floor pre check in and this was allocated. The room was very clean and functional. There was a nice little bar on site for coffee and drinks. Maria on the front desk was exceptionally kind and helpful!
