The facilities are great - clean, comfortable, and have good amenities for the price range. It has a grocery store next to it. The train is also outside the lobby door.

Really old curtains. It is literally broken. The sun comes through! We were a couple but had 1 coffee pod in the kitchen for coffee!! So bad. Why can’t they refill the pods on check in?We arrived at 2pm and the rude guy made us wait 1 hour to check in while the room was ready for a while already, purely out of principle because check in is 4pm!!! Super late check in for people. It’s ridiculous Also the elevator didn’t work and had to walk up 4 flights with heavy luggage

Very clean room and excellent location next to the tram line. There is a supermarket and some food choices just next to the hotel. Its also within 30 min walking distance from the RER station should you prefer to walk.

Spotless. Spacious room. Good bedding. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Private parking. Walking distance to downtown St Ger. Really good for money.

I found 20 euro for the breakfast quite expensive Also paid 10 euro for the inside parking , wish I was informed that outside parking was free from 19.00-9.00 ( it is not about 10 euro - about information)

Walk-in shower didn´t have any glass panel on the side - water got on the bathroom floor

The concierge who received us was not very informed about the city, the temperature in the room was cold when we arrived, it’s the first time that I had to block 250€ as guarantee for eventual damages. There was not soap in the bathroom

The breakfast was quite good and varied but as a four star hotel you would expect even more.The location is quite far from the center of Paris, but the nightly price was also cheaper.Good public transport connections, the tram stop was next door.A small grocery store in the same block, where you could get food if needed.

The air conditioner in the room did not work. I set it to blow cold (blue cooling icon) and asked for 22 degrees, but the device blew hot air. I turned off the device and kept the windows open for a while, that helped.The boiled eggs at the breakfast didn't feel very fresh. Fresh fruit juice would make the breakfast even better.

Good location for visiting St Germain-en-Laye and Paris, though a 10 minute walk or so into the centre of St.Germain. Secure parking with easy access and wide spaces. Helpful reception staff. Good breakfast. Modern clean rooms with good facilities including a kitchenette. Good value for money.

Sleep was disturbed from 3 am onwards by sound of someone/something (dog ?) walking around on the hard floors in the room above. Some would find the traffic noise on the front of the building or the trains on the back disturbing.The absence of a shower curtain/enclosure seemed odd as it effectively made the bathroom a wet room despite the floor material not being suitable for that.

Very noisy ! Fridge made a lot of noise which prevented me from sleeping. Room V hot ! AC would not go below 22 ! Trains V noisy too.

All the night there was noise from Refrigerator and i was unable to sleep. I asked reception but they were also helpless

Staff were wonderful. Location great.Room functional. Grocrry store next door and team also 150 feet away.

My bed was uneven one side to other on angle, dropped several inches across 3 feet. Never did figure out the correct sequence to get stove to work.

Lovely service, clean and spotless. The gym is spotless and has everything u need for a quick workout.

The room smelt of sewage from the moment we arrived and later got aggravated after I took a shower. The breakfast was awful. The eggs sausages and bacon looked strange and the breakfast was not arranged professionally as one would expect in a 4* establishment.
