    Pros +

    • Location was convenient at the top of the hill leading into town. Further up the hill is a historic site of interest. Staff was friendly and the hotel offers parking in a private lot across the street.
    • The breakfast was good and good parking. The view was nice and very close to town.
    • Position is great and staff is very friendly and helpful!

    Cons -

    • Photos not entirely accurate - our room was located along an adjacent road for our ocean view. I don't see a single photo from the balcony of this view represented on this site (which is being "glamourized", you could say). The hotel itself was a little outdated as far as their decor and fixtures (hairdryer, shower, etc.)
    • Pictures are a little deceptive looks nicer than it is. For a hotel that costs 300 bucks a night there is not a lot to offer. Room is outdated.
    • Hotel overall needs a good renovation and refreshment

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel, which features a stunning "beach" pool, attentive staff, and well-appointed rooms as expected. Breakfast was a highlight, served in a bright and airy room with beautiful views. However, one area that could benefit from improvement is the car park, located across the road. The significant amount of litter and household rubbish in the area gave us some concern about the safety of our vehicle. Given the hotel's attention to detail and overall meticulous upkeep, we were surprised that this level of care had not extended to their exclusive car park. Despite this, we had a wonderful stay and appreciate the high standards maintained throughout the rest of the property.

It would be great to have pool towels at no cost (charging this nominal amount is usually not taken well by guests). And when there is a refurbishment of the rooms, it would be good to change the bed linen : in today's hospitality industry, the use of bedspreads or coverlets, and unwashed blankets in wardrobes, is becoming increasingly outdated. Guests, ourselves included, prefer not to sleep with linen that may have been used by others. Hotels that provide duvets with removable, washable covers, ensuring that guests sleep in freshly laundered bedding without decorative cushions or bed linen used by previous visitors, are setting a higher standard of cleanliness and comfort. The practice of using bedspreads and cushions that have been handled by prior guests is deemed vintage and no longer acceptable. This approach is the way forward in meeting modern guest expectations.

Nice a bit vintage place in lovely Scopello. Small and nice pool area, very good breakfast.

Charming hotel in the heart of Scopello. Large outdoor pool was a great way to unwind after a busy day exploring the coast. Friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend.

Nice staff. Clean rooms. Amazing views, but you got that no matter where you were in Scopello. Breakfast was generally good.

If you needed to use a towel for the pool and didn't bring your own, they rented you one for 5 euros. Small rooms

Lovely situated with wonderful views and a short distance to the gorgeous Riserva dello Zingaro and beautiful beaches. The small village of Scopello was adorable. This was the most luxurious place we stayed in on our otherwise rather low-budget trip and we did get value for that extra money. Very nice place to visit with children.

Very beautiful hotel with "a soul", classy wooden furniture, spacey rooms cleaned daily. Lovely receptionists, always ready to help. Amazing view outside, delicious breakfast. Fully recommend!!!

    6AnnaPosted on: 6-26-2024

The location and the friendly staff. The pool was lovely.

The bed was really uncomfortable and hard.

    7MathiasPosted on: 6-23-2024

This hotel lies in a really nice region of sicilia if you are more looking for a calm and relaxed time. The Riserva Naturale Orientata dello Zingaro is just overwelmingly beautiful. The staff was very nice and fluent in English.

    Location, dedicated parking area

My single room was a bit small, the fan in my bathroom was very noisy

    9JustinPosted on: 10-3-2023

    Friendly and helpful, great location

Would have been nice to have been able to have drinks by the pool though it was late in the season

    8Anne-LouisePosted on: 9-17-2023

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, generous breakfast, great pool and easy parking.

Beds could have been more comfortable

    8JohnPosted on: 9-17-2023

A very good swimming pool and had an extensive carpark opposite. Good reception and breakfast areas. This accommodation is a hotel and it was of a standard we would have expected of a 3 star hotel

Room was very much a standard hotel room. It was at the rear of the building and had only a small window. Most, if not all other rooms appeared to have a small balcony.

    6ValentinPosted on: 9-6-2023

Nice hotel very centrally located. Clean and ok rooms

Very impolite receptionist. I usually can handle the lacking service orientation in Italy, but the “welcome” in this hotel was very rude (this only refers to one of the receptionists)
