DOMUS Grand Hotel

I was very impressed by the comfort they offer. It was a wonderful experience, especially due to the location that is very close to the Flixbus Station. I had no need for any additional purchases. They offered everything and were very good hosts. The lunch was very tasty and they have options for any needs and diets.

I have no negative experiences during the stay.

Extremely clean, room had a great layout, huge bathroom and shower (which is rare in Italy!). The staff was extremely kind and helpful, A+ service. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

I liked the room was spacious and a rather large bathroom with shower. Check-in and check-out fast, and very courteous/friendly staff. The hotel has large gated parking. Close to the highway exit, Lively pubs and caffé's close by, especially on wednesdays.

Room was rather essential: few decrations on the walls or in the bathroom. Small wardrobe despite the room being rather large, and no place to unload your lugage, unless you want to use the desk. TV position was not ideal, far away from the bed.

Close to the station. Staff polite and helpful. Clean.

Lift suddenly stopped just as we started moving and then the lights went out. It was alarming even though it didn’t last long. We used the stairs after that.

Good location, big parking, swiming pool

Breakfast was not worth 10€. You get served in breakfast and even croissants are brought to each person - one.The staff are very polite and helpful. I was only disappointed by the breakfast. Note that for the pool card you will need to pay an extra 5€ from a person who is not mentioned anywhere above

Breakfast was great. The chef baked their own pastry. They had a quite large selection of sweet stuff and a la carte omelet and bacon. You can ask for extra coffee and they go above and beyond to make you feel home,

We had to order breakfast on arrival with a stated time. In the morning we came down about 10 minutes late to find no guest or staff around, after a thirty minute wait a staff member appeared and told us that the chef had gone home and there was nobody serve breakfast, there was also no managerial staff on site. Not what you would expect from a 4* hotel

We booked the night in this hotel just only to have a possibility to use the swimming pool but when we came we got the information that the pool is already reserved and we can't use it. If we would have known that before the arrival we wouldn't have gone to this city, but there was no information about it. I don't recommend this hotel
