BV President Hotel

Wonderful staff, very helpful, understanding their customers, I felt great from the first to the last moment.

Nothing. I just needed a place to sleep over night on my trip from Tunis to Berlin - had not expected to find this great hotel with the nicest staff I encountered since a very long time.

Clean, we had two rooms and one of them was updated. Good location and nice breakfast included.

One of our rooms wasn’t updated.

Restaurant and breakfast was quite good. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Good distance to station.

Not even complimentary water and a little kettle with tea and coffee sachets. Very high price. I had 1 beer in total and 1 water from the mini fridge bar and I was overcharged 1 beer per night, (so for 3 beers) on my bill, which I didn't notice until later.

Excellent position for a one night stay while travelling. Evening meal was Excellent. Close proximity to necessary shopping such as chemist, etc. Staff welcoming and very pleasant to deal with. Would happily stay again.

Couldn't expect more.

Very near the local train station. Great restaurant (friendly staff, good food). Excellent breakfasts.

Localization

Air condition is not working. Even when you hear promises that it is repaired, do not believe. As usual, there is lack of everything during breakfast.

Room was OK, clean, wide comfortable bed. Very convenient location very close to train station

Air-condition was terrible (stay in July, temperatures up to 37 C), I stayed 5 nights, two nigts AC was not working (you can imagine temp in room), one night it worked at maximum efficiency and it was not possible to switch it off.... freezing. Two other nigth quite OK, but every time to make AC working I had to go and ask at reception.Regarding breakfast - coffe was very good, but what I usually saw were empty plates and jugs..., mayby they refilled them successively but for sure with too long breaks.

Free parking

There was no food during breakfast, waiters were busy bringing coffe, instead of delivering food to buffet. No juice, no bread, no….anything!I took two last pieces of cake, was waiting 20 minutes for juice. I had to take pot and ask for a juice.Moreover, aircondition did not work during the night. July in souther Italy, you can imagine!When you will take family apartment, one room has no window at all. During the night there is complete darkness.

The hotel was very comfortable and we had a very nice meal in the restaurant and a good breakfast. The staff were very helpful.

This was just a stop-over for us but it was a Friday which was clearly party night with a number of large groups and events occurring. We had some event very close to our room so it was extremely noisy until about 11.30 pm.

The staff at the reception could be welcoming. Room's walls need refreshing. It would be handy is a sigh for the parking could be visible at the arrival to the hotel

Location was central, room was very clean and comfortable.

stained carpet. bathroom had no hooks for clothes and not enough counter space. not enough hangers in room. 2 only.

The hotel was overall ok but not up to the star rating compared to other 4-star hotels around Europe and Italy.

The breakfast was not good and lacked variability. The room was decently clean, but the AC would suddenly turn on around 3 am and make the room very hot in my case.

For any enquiries we needed, the staff were willing to help us. I don't speak Italian, however, I the staff did their best to accommodate me.

wish they had a cloths washing and dyer facility within. A pool would have been nice too.

Exceptional staff at reception and breakfast, do all they can to provide a pleasant stay. Great coffee in the morning.

Usually it’s an excellent hotel but the suite is not very comfortable.

Very wide selection for breakfast with lots of fruits and homemade cakes.

The walls aren't acoustics isolate, we had quite a show from the neighbors.
