Room was lovely, comfortable, great bed and shower. Breakfast was very good. Hostess at breakfast went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Front desk was pleasant.

I had a thermostat problem in my room that was reported first day and never fixed during my 3 night stay.

The location of the hotel was excellent and the room was very clean.

The beds were too soft for us, but that is personal preference. The outlets were in strange places and we did not find them until we were packing. Some were in the floor and there were more in the closet. The hotel and its breakfast were expensive.

The room was fabulous! Big, good materials, really classy and nicely furnished, fully equipped! the bathroom was also great. The overall hotel structure is really nice and it's great to have an easy accessible parking garage (even at a cost of 17 € per day)

No indication of additional charges by the personnel at the reception. The parking is on top, and I can agree with it, but at the check in they should clearly state the cost as an addition to the room charge. I found it not professional from a nice hotel

Size of the room, good breakfast

The plugs beside the beds in the did not work. No hot water in the shower, fortunately in the bathtub.

Room was too hot and the air conditioning didn’t work (although we didn’t complain at the time to the hotel staff)There were no instructions on how to work the various lights, air conditioning (actually set to -2)or the blinds.The parking worked well and the breakfast was very good.The location was excellent.

Great location, very close to the thermen.Rooms are very big and quiet.Breakfast is nice.

The room was very cozy. Bed was comfortable, we slept good. Breakfast was very delicious. We particularly liked the selection of fresh baked bread and different home made marmalade and jams.All the staff were very nice and friendly.

I want to say that the receptionist should not judge people by their appearance in a perfidious way. During check-in I felt embarrassed by the behavior of the staff at the reception. I was judged based on my appearance and I felt a mocking smile in my direction? Maybe I was not dressed well according to the gentlemen? I do not think that people after a long journey would greet the reception in a ball gown and a tuxedo. I think that the lack of culture and respect during the welcome is very inappropriate. Additionally, the breakfast. I have been to several hotels and this was the worst breakfast. And why? Because there was nothing there. A large plate and leftovers of cheese and a few slices of cucumber. There were just leftovers and it was 11 o'clock and the staff did not care about serving at breakfast. I was at breakfast at 10 so it was not late.

Perfect room, excellent staff, professional, high-level services.

The room temperature was -as always in this hotel - extremely hot, even when setting the temperature to the minimum. And I love hot temperature, but it is extreme.

Nice clean and big rooms. Delicious breakfast.

Breakfast was super good. Staff is friendly and fast. Rooms are comfortable and big.

Prime location at the heart of Euskirchen. Hotel's staff and hotel services were awesome. Great breakfast options and lovely dinning atmosphere for lunch and dinner.

One Pillow, One bath towel??? Are they worry we stole something? For the price we pay for a night this is not the right set up.....

Convenient for Spa stay at local therme. Rooms are large, clean and well equipped. Breakfast is great with lots of options. Parking is easy to access. Short walk to restaurants.

Queues at reception when checking in. Housekeeping entered despite do not disturb sign.

The hotel is in a great location opposite the train station, with access to buses and taxi service. Plus close to the centre of town for shopping, restaurants etc.

For the money paid I would expect at least tea and Coffee making facilities in the room, not just one bottle of water. The rooms are a nice size with a good bathroom, but I found Silverfish crawling on the bathroom floor after having a shower.Breakfast was just ok, but again for the money I would of hoped for a selection of Fries Eggs, omelettes etc rather than just processed scrambled eggs.

The hotel was modern in an prime location in Euskirchen, with its own private underground car park, the bedroom and bathroom was excellent.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room. The bedroom aircon only operates to within 3 degs of ambient temperature, and when we were there is was hot, so at night we would have liked to have turned the room temp down to about 17 - 18 degs but this was not possible. minor issue I know, but we like to sleep in a cool room. On our first night which was a Saturday, there was a Thunder Storm due to the humid temperatures. the next morning the water temp was luke warm so we reported it to reception, they told us there was nothing that could be done as it was Sunday. So we had to buy a kettle for hot water to wash and shave. Sometime during Monday the water was sorted so when we got back to the Hotel Monday evening we could have a shower, first one since Saturday morning. The hotel was quite on Monday morning for breakfast at 09.00, and the only problem was the hot food on the servery had dried out to the point of not being edible, but there was other options to have.

It has a good location, a perfect breakfast buffet, and a nice staff. It was a a good choice if you travel with a dog, even with a big one.

It was too hot in the room and the AC didn't work properly. Moreover, opening the windows and getting some fresh air into the room was impossible. Also, the room had no iron, but it was there during our previous stay. And there were only two hangers in the room.

Great room . Spacious, clean and with very comfortable bed . Bathroom with separate tub plus shower . Indoor secure bike storage . Elevator to upper floors . Reception was very pleasant . Immediately across from train and bus station but very quiet . On-site restaurant was really good with good food choices and reasonable price point . The hamburger I had here for dinner was one of the best I have had anywhere - in Europe or in the U.S. . Very good Breakfast with extensive food choices . Will definitely stop again when on another bicycle journey .
