Meditur Hotel Udine Nord

Clean, convenient parking, nice breakfast.

It is a bit cold outside in room, 20,7 Celsius and can not be increased by the remote.

Superb

It was a bit cold and n the room, 20,7 Celsius and temperature could not be increased.

The bed was very comfortable. The staff helpful. Spacious room.

Everything's good.

The shower head is busted. It still works, but the water sprays everywhere. Also, it would be nice to have more furniture, like another chair and a bedside table.

Parking, location, value for money, breakfast

Good location for sleepover

Noise in the room, some ultrasound, but we were too tired to change room, but they should definitely fix that

Great for a night sleepover during longer trip. Easy to reach from main road. Nice and friendly staff.

Great breakfast and really good private underground parking. Lovely hotel and friendly staff

Nothing at all

The parking space was avaivable

The door handle was broken, the recepcionist was like a robot, the glass in the bathroom was barely hanging on, the room was too small for a family, the tv was the size of a smaller computer monitor.

The location was good as it was near the highway. The check-in was quick and easy. We were glad we could find anything when booking at 21.00.

The thermostaat in the shower was not working. There was a lingering odor in the room. it seems like it was not used for a while. The matras was too hard for my wife and when turning in bed the other person was moving a lot too.

Uncomfortable and small beds, would...

Beds are very uncomfortable and small. The room is not really clean. The hotel is advertising with sound proof rooms, but you can hear the other rooms very well. Staff was very unfriendly with check in. Breakfast had choices, but nothing fresh. Expensive for what you get.

It ia clean it is good for a night in transit

Very far from de city center but close to the Autoroute

Nice staff, recommended place for dinner

Room did not smell well, most probably it was carpet. Very limited budget choice for breakfast e.g. no eggs.

The accessories and toiletries in the toilet were proper unlike other European hotels. Great location, cool color theme. Decent breakfast

There were some loud noise of closing doors by some kids maybe.

Very nice breakfast, friendly staff and free parking!

Horrible

We reserved a double room for 1 night - our plan was to rest and sleep over on our way back home from holidays. We chose the hotel because it has 24 hour reception and we knew we would be arriving late. We checked in around midnight. Right after we arrived to our room, we went back to the reception to politely inform the receptionist that there was a mistake since the room only had one bed. He did not listen to our explanation and kept insisting that the room is clean therefore good and that the hotel is fully booked. Only after we showed him the photo of one single bed did he admit that the hotel made a mistake – however, he explained to us that the mistake was made “by a housekeeper” or a “colleague before him” suggesting it is not his problem. He offered to give us a room that was currently not being used by the hotel because of issues with the carpet. He showed us the room quickly giving us no room to consider our options properly. The problem was that the smell in the the room was really bad (perhaps because it was not being used for a longer time and thus not ventilated). Even when we opened the window and waited, it was not getting better. In the end, we decided to leave and find another hotel. Since it was around midnight, the situation was really unconfortable and we ended up paying more for the new room thus loosing not only time to sleep but money as well. I can understand that a mistake can be made – that happens. However, what I would expect in such a situation would be kind attitude and willingness to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, this did not happen. The receptionist was rude, unprofessional and unhelpful and I have not been treated by a hospitality stuff like this in a long time.

In quit area, close to the highway.Large parking.Rooms, breakfast, staff - all was very good...

Hotel is near Udine and near highway. Brakfast was good. There is free parking in front

Hotel needs renovation, window not noise proof so there was noise from highway.
