Trip Inn PostHotel Düren

Location and staff friendliness. Very good breakfast with great options.

Toitel flush was malfunctioning a bit. Had to flush 2nd time to stop water flow. Floor could have been swept for dust.

Good hotel with parking in a very good location. Only minutes walking to the centre or rail station

The room was excellent value for money. The bed was very comfortable, and the room itself was spacious and cozy. The location was convenient, and the reception staff were very kind on both days. Breakfast was also good.

It would be nice to have some background music during breakfast to create a cozier atmosphere and avoid hearing other guests eating. The breakfast staff did not seem very welcoming and appeared bothered when we pointed out that the coffee machine needed emptying to function. In addition, several food items ran out quite early and were not replenished for at least an hour (and possibly not at all).

Top floor room had the size of an apartment. Clean bathroom. Very nice and helpful staff. Safe parking at limited cost. Excellent breakfast with plenty of healthy choices. Great schnitzel Meijer Art and refreshing Kolsch beer at the Brauhaus Alt Duren, on walking distance from the hotel.

Nothing to dislike.

I loved the location, it is super close to the train station. The room was clean and quiet, and also felt spacious, the bed was very comfy. Staff were very nice and helpful. Great value too! Would definitely stay here again.

The communication with the host was great , we could not arrive before 00.00 , so they left us the key in the locker next to entrance. All people working in this hotel were extremely friendly.

The matras end the pillows are really not good.We could not get good sleep because of it , it was cold as well but the heat was on til the Max.One cover was not enough, i advise you to add a blanket.

Room was fine, staff were fine.Location was ok. Further than I thought from the station, but not really far. Reason I said I wouldn't stay again is that I am unlikely to visit Duren again. Breakfast was excellent.Town centre with Christmas market was really nice though.

Nothing really

The rooms were big and clean

No parking and pillows were uncomfortable

Big room clean the location was fantastic breakfast was lovely

Could of done with a light in the middle of the room

They have parking. Plus is they also have electric charging available. Spacious rooms. Comfortable stay

No hot water in morning

The place is near to the center, the rooms are very clean, thanks for that.. have parkingThe hotel is great for that price and definitely didn't worth the low estimate in booking

I met some problems with bathroom, first the hot water almost come, I said almost cuz I take a shower with a bit cold water, after that the siphon didn't take the water but I fix it.. Instead of that..everything was great

The location was great Very close to the station with good connections to Cologne and Aachen.

There was no thermostat, so you couldn't regulate the temperature. Luckily it wasn't too cold but that could've been an issue. There were cobwebs on the ceiling.

Clean.Friendly staff. Great location

Paying for parking.

Good location, close to everything. Some staff very friendly.

Paid car park with rough access to it (potholes everywhere); dusty furniture, unclean toilet and carpet. Some staff unhelpful - in need of customer services training. Expensive considering the tired looking facilities, and the level of service provided.

The hotel staff very kind, made us feel welcome.?

The towels look bad, not that they are not clean but I think they are quite old.

The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice

The lighting in the room was not adequate, too dark and some of the bulbs did not work

The room was spacious and clean bathroom. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The room was great apart from the carpet. Old and stains everywhere. That needs changing. One old towel was left in the bathroom.

The location is perfect, close to the center and everything is around

Service wasn’t 24 h

The receptionist that works the evening shift was fantastic as he helped me with directions as well as a IPhone charger from his personal collection. I appreciated this a lot.

Secure parking, although a fee is charged daily.Updated bathroomClean large roomGood breakfast
