- After several hotels, we were finally able to rest in comfortable beds! The room is clean, the staff is very professional and friendly. The owner Zvonko is very charming and his wife is very beautiful! If you stay in this hotel, you won't go to town for dinner, because the food in the restaurant is very tasty!
- Eccentric staff. Very very casual. Housekeeping came. The rooms are clean where they need to be: beds, bathroom sink, toilet, shower. But floors dirty. It was just fine for us. Entertaining stay. Perfect for a couple of nights while we prepared for a trek and visited other locations. Great view but very bright lights outside. Breakfast was decent. Dinner, not so much. Would recommend, but just be aware it is very casual.
Cons -

It’s location and the view from my room. The car park felt secure. The outside space was good.
It looked a little tired and needed tidying up. It was so dark in all the communal areas. GET SOME MORE LIGHTS! Fix the plug in the sink of room 304 it didn’t hold any water.
The staff was very good and extra helpful to us. The staff had good English skills and we appreciated that. The restaurant on site was helpful since the location was out of town and either cab or bus transport to the location.
The food and drink were excellentThe staff were brilliantThe views were stunning in every direction
The location was the only thing that was nice and the owner was also a good guy
Well.. I would propose to close the hotel actually. It's very very out of date literally everything. It hasn't seen a renovation in decades. Everything is very worn-out and I think the bed, pillows ect is from looong time ago. Not comfy at all. The first room we got was gray and yellow on the shower floor and lots of hairs in the sink. It was so disgusting. We got a new room that was better but we still felt it was not clean at all and we didn't want to touch anything. The restaurant was ok but too expensive for two pizzas and two beers. And for the breakfast that was included. Fruits were old and looked like they could walk out by themselves. Flies in the food and we didn't dare to eat anything more than the youghurt cup that was sealed. The tables were not clean from the morning before. And for this we paid 140 euro!!!! 40 would have been more fair. This is the worst hotel we have been to.
The room was cosy, comfortable and clean. Very varied breakfast and delicious dishes in the hotel's restaurant. The staff was kind and helpful. We particularly appreciate the commitment of the hosts, their direct contact and conversation with each guest and making sure everyone was satisfied - something that makes this hotel unique.
The hotel is a hilltop facility with a picturesque view of the mountains and valley. One needs definitely a vehicle to get to the hotel.
Nice hotel with an gorgeous view to a valley. The staff was super friendly and, therefore, you feel welcome there.
Very charming hotel, an extremely hospitable host and friendly staff - more Tyrol than Italy in a very warm and charming way. Our balcony was overlooking the valley, the river and Bolzano and we enjoyed the sunset, before going downstairs to a lovely dinner. We will certainly be back!
The staff was nice and the view was nice.
There where noise (music from a radio) long after midnight witch kept us awake. The noise started early in the morning again. The breakfast was ok, but there was a lot of musqitos on the food, which was disgusting. All over the hotel was not so clean, and lack of maintanence was clearly.
The views were amazing. The choice at breakfast buffet was good. We only had one dinner there, which was good.
Some minor maintenance was needed in the room we were in.
View from our balcony to Bolzano town was spectacular. Room was big and bed very comfortable
Nothing worth mentioning
The owner is a nice guy , he , his wife and and their team are working hard to make it a worth while experience . Upon check out i spilled my water bottle by accident on the front desk, the owner gave me a new bottle free of charge . Little gestures go miles , and this is what resumes the experience in this hotel . we will go back
all was fine
nothing just location
cleanliness, facilities, no heating
Breakfast was ok, and we were able to book only a day ahead of our stay.
The manager was just too much he wouldn’t stop making comments about us two girls traveling and continued asking if we needed dinner or drinks despite us telling him no several times. The rooms were cold, outdated and the carpet was peeling off the wall at the corners of the room.
Poor
Property quite run down; food not fresh; too expansive for what it offers.
Everything is fresh, a large selection, plenty of food
We felt really catfished
We had to go to another hotel , in a different village. That hotel wasnt with panorama, or pool, or sauna, or a window for that matter.
