Unique location but property had construction in front and it’s a difficult drive up from Bolzano. Staff were great. Good local dinner and breakfast.

Only downside was entrance in back. Couch in our room should be replaced with a nice chair.

Breakfast was heavenly and included which we loved. I loved so much about this place. We walked in and Alex was a huge help. He told us where to explore around the town. The restaurant and bar was the perfect place to grab a bite after a long day and/or a hot chocolate after we were skiing the slopes. The rooms were clean and the views were incredible. We slept better than we do in our own beds!

The location offers stunning views, making every moment special. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options. Overall, a fantastic stay that I highly recommend!

Overall we liked everything about the hotel. From the first minutes you are greeted by the smiling hotel owner at the reception. The rooms were even better than we expected. Nice bed, balcony, sofa, large wardrobe and spacious bathroom. The views from the rooms are amazing.Unusual breakfasts. You are brought a set of food but there is enough of everything in this set. I don't eat as much fruit at home as we were brought for breakfast.The hotel has a restaurant where you can eat pizza or other dishes for a great price. A special hello to Baloo! (I hope I spelt that right). Thank you for the opportunity to feel at home for those few days.

Travellers with poor sleep or with children should note that there is a church nearby that chimes the clock. In summertime, the evening can be noisy due to the restaurant. I also advise you to bring a fumigator if you don't like mosquitoes as much as I do, as this part of the mountains has them.

Stunning Location, excellent food and wonderful staff

The location was great and has a very beautiful view of the valley. The property was well kept and very clean. The staffs were nice, helpful and very friendly. The food was excellent especially breakfast! The staff’s dog was super cute and friendly.

Everything about this was amazing. The staff were lovely and gave us free passes that got us on all public transport (which was also very good) and gondala's in the area. This was very appreciated. The food was amazing at the resturant. The views were incredible from the room. The room was in very good condition and was kept very well.

The staff weren't very attentive to guests of the hotel but were more focused on the restaurant.

The Hotel was exceptional. We were made to feel right at home as soon as we arrived. We felt it was one of the top hotels we have ever stayed at. The views were amazing! Pizza, coffee and breakfast were wonderful. The wine on the deck in the afternoon was very memorable. Thanks Julia for making our stay so special.

Nice view and tasty fruits for breakfast.Alexander at the reception was very helpful and assisted with luggage. He took us up from car park via a lift that is not usually accessible for guests. Nice view.

we missed two chairs and a table for the balcony. shower cap and other complimentary items like shower gel and vanity pack should be provided. From the car park it is difficult to reach reception if one has mobility issues. Needs English TV stations and programs

The property has excellent services, the rooms look very authentic, 10/10 for the cleaning service. The bed was very comfortable. The owner did his best to take care of everyone

Spacious, clean, panoramic. Setting and scenery splendid

Service could be more attentive. Had to park in church parking lot. Not enough places adjacent to hotel. Restaurant limited options (pizza only).

Breakfast was excellent, rooms were clean, the view from the room was nice. Parking is right by the hotel.

Below is a bar and cant get a little bit noisy during the night.

there was no television in the room
