Pros +
- The hotel has a great combination of being on the ski slope (we still used car - but you of course can get a lift from the hotel - and it is a few minutes ride) and having a pool (also wellness but we did not try that). The staff was (in vast majority - one exception at the restaurant) absolutely amazing, extremely friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent, also offering a kids menu. We also travelled with a dog and again all staff was super nice to us.
- View from terace was beatiful, good swimming pool (but it is closing very early).
- Awesome staff, facilities and location. Very relaxed luxury in a traditional Tyrol-style hotel. Breakfast incredible, dinner good.
Cons -
- We traveled with a kid, so the served menus for dinner were a bit too long. It is not that we did not liked it, just consider if you are having a smaller kid. We struggled with a room temperature a bit, was too hot and we did not managed to lower the temperature - but that is on us, we had not asked for a help.
- We had room directly under the bar. So each morning from 6am I could hear noises from breakfest preparation. And in late evening there were noises from cleaning (or sometimes disco)
- No AC and it was really warm in the room at night. If we left the windows open for air the light would wake us up at 5.

Location, facilities, staff
Some staff with slight improvement opportunities in service
Everything is simpy wonderfull.Hotel staff is amazingly kind and helpfull.Special thanks to the staff on the reception for the tips and help, and special thanks to the driver who drove us to the beginning of the slopes
The hotel has a wonderful spa area, a lovely pool and outdoor area. For me the highlight was the tea collection for breakfast and in the afternoon. Convenient high quality tea bags and a wonderful selection of high quality loose tea. Just delightful
Everything, the views, the pool, the food, how friendly the staff is.
The cleaning was great, amazing views.
- they charged me 100€ for delaying 2 hours on the check out time!! - charged me even on the brush ?- the receptions is not around the reception area most of the time, so no one picks up the calls.
The staff, the food the view.
Nothing really.
Small outdoor pool (separate) which was 34C (meas from apple watch) is nice.
Indoor pool at 32C is ok but connected outdoor section was at 31C and is a bit cold.No space for parking. Car is taken by a valet and parked somewhere. If you forgot something in your car then its a bit complicated.I have a room with balcony and is on the same level as the pool. There is an obstruction to the supposedly beautiful view. I always use the balcony to relax while looking at the view. But with this room, I could not do this. The checkout was also not ok for me. The other receptionist who was free did not call me as I was obviously in the line for checkout. I thought she was busy until some other guest casaully approched her. Took some time to checkout which I dont expect for a 5-star hotel.
Excelent stay, very friendly staff and a very good location. It was a pleasant location. Good quality meals
Parking spots are a little undersized, but the location makes it impossible to do better and the staff are very helpful in helping you find a good spot to park your car.
A very warm welcome, tje staff was just outstanding, attention, polite, taking care about every demand,
Nothing to mention
Fantastic staff, facilities and location. The food was amazing. A brilliant place to stay and they made and extra effort for the special occasion we had while staying.
everything! its perfect! the location. the rooms. the extra service of the hotel to tour the area. and above all, the perfect staff! all of them. just excellent!
i loved it all!
The food, the SPA/Wellness area and the hotel facilities in general were outstanding! Staff is extremely good and takes your stay at 5 star level. Breakfast was fabulous, lots of variety and also great tea selection and italian-style coffee (no vending machine coffee. Dinner is probably the most impressive with 5 or 7 course menu.
Not all of the staff was speaking good English.
their half-board option is execptional
The floors are very thin. I could constantly hear the footsteps around the proximity
Hotel is nice, spa is really good. Food is also good, especially diners with 5 courses.
Hotel is really close to the ski slopes, but the ski in/out access is actually not always possible in the case if there is not enough snow. Hotel does provide a transport with golf cart for 200 metres (or you can walk) and this works very well. What have to be in mind, that hotel is close to Olang ski slope, which is quite steep (red slope) and with a lot of moguls in the afternoon. To be able to use a ski slope to the hotel, you have to be a good skier and is not suitable for beginners.
Stuff was great and very friendly
this is not a 5-star hotel. more like 3-4 stars as compared to other Italian/EU hotels in the area. value for money is really poor. in the same area in Dolomites there are way better hotels for the same price per night (we paid 350 Eur/night during high season - food included). And many alternative options in Austria and France for the same price with shorter commuting time from Airport. it takes around 4h from both Milan or Venice to get to Bolzano.Rooms were dirty, not always properly cleaned. floors need to be washed from time to time as stuff is only using vacuum cleaners which are not efficient during winter everything else is rather poor:- location requires a transfer to the ski slopes when there is little snow (direct access to slopes is then closed)- rooms are pretty old- no water / tea / coffee available in the rooms which is odd for a five star - spa closes at 7 pm, while they switch off sauna at 5,45. so if you like to ski until the last ride, you will not get into the sauna - spa is quite small and quite simple, you will not find good steam room, hydro massages or anything that can help to recover after skiing. one rare example of a 5-star hotel where we will hardly want to return in the future. it simply is not worth the money paid for it however we loved the foodChef is for sure best in class! this hotel would have been a great option for <€150/night. So can’t recommend it to anyone.
The location, the staff, the food, the room, the facilities, the pool, just about everything.
The price is a bit steep.
Breakfast was amazing, location was great. staff was friendly and very helpful. a bit remote from town and restaurants but very close to the ski lifts which was our main goal.
rooms were a bit small everything else was exceptional
