Hotel Am Park

Everything was perfect. The place, the location, the food, the room. The owners were really sweet despite us having some difficulties to understand each other because of the different languages. We¿ll definitely come back:)

Nice hotel in a central location.

There seem to be a lot of flies and gnats in the room.

Very nice, good location and easy to reach. There’s a bus station nearby. The reception guy is great, he was super helpful and gave me lots of tips for transportation. After doing a hut-to-hut I had a good night sleep over here :)

The hotel was overall nice.

The hotel advertised several amenities online but they didn't have them open. For example the following were closed for the summer, sauna, restaurant and kids area. I have kids and it's easier to stay at a hotel with a restaurant but it was closed and they didn't have a fridge so overall hard for a family.

The property was clean, easy to find and parking was available.The manager/owner was amazing in helping us with eating locations and little bits of extra information we may have no known.

Big room, comfortable bed and pillows, has a smart tv, has a balcony. The guy at reception was very helpful and informative.

Shower was clogged, location not great.

Good breakfast.

The fitness equipment was out of order, and the jacuzzi was nothing more than a large bath.

Very friendly familly run Hotel with great location, underground parking, ski-room and bar.Very tasty continental Breakfast takes place early enough, that you can just catch the first cable cars in the morning.

Breakfast is poor and they only refill when it’s completely gone.When we arrive one of the staff didn’t speak English at all so we couldn’t really ask anything.

The location of the hotel was easily reachable by bus. There is a bus stop, bakery, cafe and bar just within walking distance from the hotel. They provided a south tyrol travel pass, which was convenient for free access on public transport, museums, gondolas etc during the period of the stay. There were local events such as music concerts, beer stalls, food stalls etc, and I could see it directly from the balcony of my room, which was great!

No one was at the reception when I arrived, had to wait a little while for someone to show up. Since it was during summer, the room had quite many flies in the room and was quite annoying, especially at night during sleep.

Good parking. Nice room. Very helpful staff.

Too many flies around. I didn't feel like eating the free breakfast since food was left uncovered while flies were all over the town.

It was very convenient in many aspects such as we were provided with Guest Pass which gives mamy advantages such as free accesses to the museums that we wanted to visit. We saved 45 euros in total. The gentleman at the reception was also very nice and kind, answered all of our questions. The lady preparing the breakfast was very nice as well. Thank for everything, we had such a pleasant experience.

Convenient location in town, exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, comfortable rooms.

Clean, spacious, very kind, warm and helpful hosts, great position very near the ski bus (just across the street, only 2 bus stops from the Olang ski lift, absolutely amazing breakfast with many choices, closeness to big, beautiful meadows, ideal for long doggy walks, beautiful view…. Everything was absolutely amazing!

The location of the hotel is perfect, the ski bus is across the street. Very friendly staff, wide selection of food for breakfast. Comfortable and spacious garage. Large balcony.

In the sauna sunbeds would be more suitable than the RelaxSacks.
