Pros +
- The staff was very carrying and attentive. The facilities were great, so as the meals. I would definitely visit the hotel once again
- Simply great place, highly recommended! It is renowned for exceptional meals - we ended up having there not only breakfast (as initially intended) but also dinner every day. The staff are excellent; their attention to detail (for example, arranging a small surprise for my friend's birthday) made our stay definitely memorable. The rooms are spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. Small but lovely wellness area, atmospheric common area, perfect location... We'll definitely come back if we ever visit Kronberg-area again.
- relaxing , well organized, family run hotel
Cons -
- Nothing to mention
- it’s lovely. There’s no elevator but plenty of assistance with luggage. wish the Well Being center could have been open a little longer perhaps
- The room was quite cold. I suppose because of covid measures, therefore, opening late in wintertime.

The hotel is very pretty with a lot of details of decorations, with mountains view, nice stuff and tasty breakfast. Besides this the hotel located in very beautiful village. Whole my family was very happy that we chose this hotel
