Breakfast was excellent; dinner was very good. The bike storage area was fantastic! The lady who does the massages is amazing; I highly recommend booking treatments with her. The spa was clean and well maintained.

The suite I booked on the Booking App stated that it had a kitchenette; however, it did not have one. In fact, none of the rooms in the hotel have kitchenettes. I discussed this issue with the management, and they said the description would be corrected. They gave me a nice bottle of red wine to compensate for the confusion.

Amazing place, was big room, with spa/ pool, playground for kids . Persons which work there are kind and friendly, really nice place. but

The room was a dirty… towels are dirty , durty bath and dust .

Amazing attention to detail was amazing. They take great care of all the facilities and furniture. They have 3 pools which was great for our daughter. The breakfast and dinner was spectacular.

Food let the place down, menu sounds great but lacks taste.

Location & friendly Staff

Can be a bit noisy in the mornings. Also we had a member off staff walk stright into our room while we where in bed early morning they never knocked first then realised we where there and scurried back out.

Room was not cleaned properly. There was a lot of dust under the bed

Food is amazing. Rooms are large and comfortable. The outdoor swimming pool is wonderful. Staff are very friendly and professional

Delicious dinners with wide variety of meals plus salad buffet. Regional products of high quality during breakfast. Perfect wellness area for adults, 3 pools with easy access and sauna for children. Very nice personnel, helpful and smiling. Bus stop in front of hotel and taxi to the slopes in the morning were comfortable.

Taxi van to the slope works only in the morning and it was often better to take bus than to wait until it comes back. The ride back to the hotel was possible only by a bus.

Some of the employees were kind and the spa was nice but the ovners were only profit oriented. Garage and ski shuttle bus driver was nice and kind.

The check in was terrible. They did not give us the rooms until we paid odditional cost due to booking mistake in guests names and quantity. Thoug the prepaid packet costs included full number of guests. They didn’t give us any help with the luggage or any information about the hotel. They were only in for the money , letting us know that we will loose all of the prepaid money if we do not pay the additional cost. We could not withdraw the arrangement though the total cost for hotel was higher then any 5 star hotel in the neighborhood. The worst experience ever! Also food was only good looking without any good taste. All kids get the stomach ache and they also throw up, get diarrhea. We don’t know if the reason was the pool water or the food. Would not recommend the hotel too anyone.

Spacious room, slippers and bathrobe in the room, warm outside pool, 20 m from bus stop., Shuttle to Plan de Corones every 10 min,food variety, helpful personal.

We enjoyed the atmosphere and hospitality. We felt really welcome in this hotel.

We were a group of three. Unfortunately, we felt quite cramped in the dining room with its exceptional cuisine!

Reading my review from last year. Nohing changed, so here it is: · It is great family hotel with everything you need for a holiday stay while skiing in near Kronplatz area. Hotel skibus going every 10min to get you to the slopes. Very cosy rooms with a separated kids space they loved. Extremely delicious food, breakfast with wide choices, afternoon snack as a nice surprise always after the skiing with coffee and some cakes and 5-course dinner everyday with a different and tasty meals. Everytime very pleasant staff, for kids they were able to change the meals, or cook anything we ask instead of what was on the daily menu. The swiming pool area is great for kids, sometimes bit crowded, but great. Roof-top-pool brings cool views on Kronplatz and the SPA area adults only is great escape to relax for a while.We came again as last year we were very happy, which is the best review anyway.

I still think the sauna/pools could stay open longer than 20pm.

the cleaning was not really good. in our room 305 we have found empty box from juice and some pills from other guests, laying on the floor, which is dangerous for kids and for animals. the price for animals is way too high. I had 2 small dogs and paid 280 Eur for 7 days. 2 pocket 2 kg dogs who stayed in the room and didn’t go out, super clean. in the Booking it wasn’t mentioned the price for dogs, on the web site I couldn’t find the policy, only after the 3rd attempt after checking out. finally, we paid for our stay the price of 5 stars hotel and if I would know in advance, I would leave dogs at home or have chosen another hotel. that stay for the dogs was the most expensive in all their 11 years old life. I was really disappointed, the hotel and staff was very nice, but that detail really spoiled our experience. I asked about small discount, but it was refused

the location, the food, the pool and spa area

Everythig super, comfortable and beautiful room, excellent food, all services ok, kind and professional staff, nice spa.

Everything was perfect. Great location. Staff was amazing. Food was delicious.

The staff at the reception was very helpful. The hotel had many facilities.

The bathroom was old. The rolling shutters of the windows were also old and too many. Food at restaurant was not good as expected.

Gorgeous hotel, spotlessly clean, comfortable room, pet friendly. The staff was really attentive and detail oriented. The breakfast was excellent and dinners really good too. We really enjoyed the pools and the adult-only saunas.

There is not much to change. As the hotel is pretty popular, it could get crowded in the pool over the rush hours. The spa area could stay open even after the dinner till 22:00, as it closes at 19h, or 20h for some pools.
