- The hotel is really pretty spectacular. Everyone on the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and feel welcome. The property is in a beautiful setting, has an amazing view, and is top notch in every way. The facilities are great, especially the pool and the Heaven and Hell spa. The food in the restaurant was outstanding with lots of variety and everything was wonderfully presented and was delicious. I HIGHLY recommend staying here when you're visiting the Dolomites!

- The meals were too sophisticated.It would’ve been better if you reduce the amount of courses, in order to make every other course like high-end restaurant.
- My room was right in front of the pool so my view was somewhat blocked. There was a little bit of pool noise from the guests enjoying it but that wasn't a huge problem.
- They could've done a great job giving us recommendations about events during our stay - espically outside events and helping us understand the spa area etc.

Rooms, location, pool, spa, staff
The location is amazing - it has very good facilities, very clean, very comfortable, very big. Everything is on the spot and feels like a very nice experience. We came late and they still served us with dinner, Emi is a very professional manager and she managed to help us with everything.We had an accident on the way and once we arrived they provided a paramedic for us.Best hotel experience.

It’s quite expensive but you get what you pay for.
After watching the Hubertus on Amazing hotels beyond the lobby at Christmas we decided to book the hotel and it did not disappoint. The location, staff, service and food were fantastic. We have stayed in many hotels around the world and this has to be our number one to date. Great credit must go to the Gasser family and all the staff for this diamond in the Dolomites.

The Resort was Beyond fantastic both in its layout and design but the main win was the staff ,Amazing one of the best Hotels we have ever travelled to

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. Staying here was enchanting, panoramic views from bedroom and all the pools and saunas. Everything was simply beautiful and amazing. Most beautiful place we stayed at. Simply exceptional
