Hotel Post - Olang

Good hotel with a lot of amenities.

Hotel mess up with my reservation and cancel it without notifying me and the room was paid in advance. We spent almost an hour in reception resolving this issue. At the end they gave me a room.

Nice, cozy hotel with nearby Lake Braies a quick car ride away. Nice sitting room where you could open windows and relax

Bed was uncomfortable & small.

The bad was comfortable. The lady at the reception was friendly.

The water in the pool was cold. The bathroom in my room was not clean (black hair everywhere). My breakfast table was in a separate room and it took the staff too long (more than 10 minutes) to show it to me - while I was waiting with my plate full. The breakfast also starts late (7:30), considering the fact that most of the guests go skiing and the rides at Kronplatz open at 8:30.

A very warm and relaxing place. The staff is very kind. The room is big and comfortable. Breakfast is good. The SPA area is amazing. You can also park the car in their private area with no additional costs. The location is close to the Braies Lake.

The pillows were not comfortable.

Breakfast very good. The room view was fantastic. The location is in the middle for many nearby attractions. Free private car parking add value for those travel by their cars.

Nothing to highlight

Cleanliness, staff and breakfast was excellent. Connection to the bus taking one to the ski resort „Kronplatz“ is conveniently placed 30m away from the hotel. There was a special room for the ski equipment, including a heater for the ski boots.

The pool could’ve been warmer for a more relaxing effect, but that’s subjective.

Great Breakfast with very good choice of quality produce.Garage for the car

We were "out of season" (September) and a lot of places were closed around this hotel. The main village is a good 25 min walk away down hill. It would probably be a lot better in Season...e.g. ski-ing or high summer.

Super Clean. Free parking. Stunning Views. The employees are very kind. And the food is just … perfect. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever visited.

Staff, location and facilities.

Fantastic hotel, perfect end to an amazing Italy holiday. The staff at the hotel, especially the lady at the front desk was so friendly and kind. They went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. They even gave the kids little robes ?Our room was upgraded and the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable for a family of four.The spa and swimming pool was amazing!Also, we had a lovely breakfast in the morning and parking was easy.Amazing location, especially with kids. Many things to do!

The brilliant staff in all departments (kitchen, waiting and cleaning), and the cakes and slices at afternoon tea. The efficient management.[Full disclosure: we had booked a panoramic room, and had been mildly upgraded to a mini-suite.]

No complaints really, though some sliding wardrobe doors (and partition doors) were stiff and might be lubricated.We could manage with the German and Italian language television channels, but some English or French (or Swedish or Japanese) alternatives would be appreciated.
