- The hotel advertises (and the price corresponds to it) "right on the slopes". In reality, the hotel is a short walk from the slopes and because the snow was only on the slopes we had to take the shuttle bus - it was crowded, sometimes didn't come and we waited almost an hour for a ride.

I asked if I could check out 30mins later as I had a meeting in the morning and was told I wasn’t allowed, also no air conditioning so can be very hot
Breakfast and (optional) dinner were very good. Location is beautiful and fairly convenient - within 90 minutes of the main passes. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The valley facing side of the hotel faces east. As a result, the full wall window (a fantastic feature on its own) receives direct sunlight at 6AM resulting in extreme heat in the room early in the morning. Some form of filtering, external shades etc. would be very useful.
Nice breakfast with fresh orange juice. the dinner was excellent too.
Room was comortable but a bit outdated.
Absolutely amazing place - beautiful view, room very clean and comfortable bed. I booked the room only few hours before comeing so the restaurant for dinner was fully booked. The receptionist was very very willing and she served the dinner to our room. The staff was very helpful and we felt very nice.
The service and the hospitality is up to the maximum in this hotel. without you asking, they will approach you to help you with whatever they can
