Pros +
- Welcome drink when we arrived and before we saw the rooms and disappointment began.
- The breakfast, dinners, and spas
- We stayed at many nice hotels before and rated them with maximum rating but here in Mirabell we learned what 10 really is. Attention to the details everywhere you are in this hotel is really inspiring and fascinating. And not to mention the staff... especially Valerie, the waiter at our section of the restaurant,... I wonder where do they find such a nice and charming people... We wanted to adopt her :-)And the food... this is another level, 3 Michelin stars experience every evening...
Cons -
- The word "luxury" should be taken out of this hotel name. This is at most a 3-star hotel with outdated furnishings. They upgraded some of the showers with floors that are exceedingly slippery. Two of our guests slipped and we overheard another guest complaining about this. Be prepared for a spa area that requires you to be completely unclothed to use the facilities. Just a very odd feel to the whole place-we joked that we were at a "swingers" hotel. For the money, there are so many other great true "luxury" hotels to choose from (Como Alpina and Rosapetra were amazing!!!). A really disappointing stay here and the worst out of our 25 stays this summer in Europe.
- We had a room towards the road and it was a bit noisy in the evening and early morning.
- Too many flies at the hotel

The food was very good, I booked HB type of stay, and that included not only breakfast and dinner, but during the day, there were some additional meals, free of charge. The staff is super friendly and helpful, hotel facilities are pretty good and spa is great. Overall, I liked that hotel very much and would love to come again.
We loved our rooms with lovely views of the mountains, the indoor/outdoor pool, sauna and spa and the meals were excellent! The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and efficient and made the stay that much more enjoyable. The dessert bar one night was exceptional and we loved the bonus kids playroom downstairs!
The facilities are outstanding. The meals were very delicious and the staff was exceptionally friendly.
We had a room towards the road and it was a bit noisy in the evening and early morning.
Great hotel for relaxing and hiking in the Dolomites. Great food all day. Indoor and outdoor pool where you can relax
Too many flies at the hotel
We only stayed for one night, however when we return to the area we will book for longer. The spa is amazing, food is superb and all of the team were just fantastic.
Nothing at all
No air conditioning, room smell so bad, no menu for room service, bad massage and spa experience, receptionist not friendly, bad value of money
Nice theatrical lobby, but a bit out of date. Food was great.
Our table was in a dark room without windows, so at breakfast, I needed a lot of coffee. Personel was out of time too.
Food was great, people serving food were also great healpful and knowledgable. I Iiked spa, jaccuzzi, saunas etc. After ski snack was excellente
One area that could be better is access to ski lifts. There is a very good mini bus with nice and helpful driver, but the hours of operation are too short, they need to be extended to 11AM and 5PM
The location was close to hiking in the Dolomites. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Dinner was delicious. The spa treatments were relaxing. The pool area was great for catching some afternoon sun. Our room was spacious with a king bed and a bath tub.
The room initially had a little bit of a smoke smell to it but it cleared up when we opened the windows.
Not the first visit to the location. I always come back being sure that everything will be top class
The restaurant and spa are amazing. 1st Class.
I truly enjoyed evertything
