Gorgeous hotel with amazing staff in a great location! Breakfast and dinner were both really good. The pool and spa/lounge area is really lovely. We particularly loved the outdoor hot tub with mountain views! They also offered guided hikes which was a great extra! Loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

The staff were really helpful. The organized hikes were excellent. The food was good and plentiful.

Stellar accommodations, impeccable facilities, amazing views. Plenty of underground parking, fabulous spa area. Amazing dinner and breakfast. Highly recommend for anyone. Staff is professional, super friendly and have utmost care and concern for you and their facilities.

Amazing and friendly staff with excellent local knowledge. Great views all round. All the food was excellent and included a great breakfast, afternoon tea, antipasto and dinner. The hotel has so much Tyrollean charm, with lots of lovely wood panelling and detailing. The room was a great size and whilst the view from our room on the west side didn’t quite include Sasso Lungo, the view of the church and down to Ortisei is still great. Facilities in the room were excellent with a fridge, lovely modern bathroom, small table, sofa and lots of storage.Spa is great and as good as the pictures! Never felt crowded. Views from the hot tub and wellness area are incredible.Food was excellent all round. I was a bit worried about portion size (before arriving) as I’m very active and wanted to do long full day hikes as well as trail runs etc, but the reality was that the fantastic buffet breakfast, afternoon tea and antipasto before dinner were more than enough. Evening dinner was excellent with varied menus throughout the week. We drink very little but the wine list was extensive and included bottles from around 30 EUR upwards.

Everything! The most beautiful views, amazing food, and the staff was incredible, every single person from the management to the cleaning staff were exceptional.

Excellent staff and facilities. We had a great time even if we stayed only one night. The pool and wellness area are great and very comfortable.

Hard to say .. may be cost of drinks (wine, water) a bit overpriced but otherwise nothing to comment

The location is idyllic. The wait staff and dining room management exemplary. The room - the Aroma of the room - out of this world.

The pictures suggest there is more of an outdoor element to the pool than exists - I was not the only guest to comment. Just be aware of that is something important to you.

The food was life changing! Every meal was incredible. The staff was incredible accommodating and helpful in recommending hikes and activities. The room and facilities are stylish, inviting, comfortable, and extremely clean. We were so sad to check out!!!

Service and food we’re fantastic, very friendly and welcoming hosts! great location for hiking, super wellness facilities including pool, whirlpool, sauna, steam bath, and relaxation area. I would certainly recommend for relaxation and active holiday with super property and service!

I give this place a rating of 10 out of five. it was so far above and beyond our expectations. the staff was professional on another level, the views were spectacular, the facilities were pristine, the junior suite was spacious and beautiful and the location….the best of the Dolomites.

The entire staff and management were extremely accommodating. Food/local cuisine and local wines were outstanding. The scenery and view of the Dolomites were WOW!

The service, food and accommodations were excellent. We enjoyed the amazing breakfast, afternoon snacks and gourmet dinner. We especially loved the daily guided hiking that was offered gratis. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and the hiking was incredible. We came home each day to enjoy the spa, sauna and relaxation room. Heavenly!

It was perfect!

The breakfast was good, the front desk staff was great, and the hiking guide was also fantastic. Parking was included and the location of the hotel is nice for walking and hiking.

The dinner was just okay, particularly for the price of the stay. Drinks are not included--not even water or house wine. The servers seemed a bit ambivalent. The outdoor jacuzzi was not hot and the indoor pool was too hot. There was no fan for the room even though the temperatures were extreme for the summer, making the nights a little tough to sleep.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Driving up to the entrance is just dreamy—an alpine wonderland. The food was so delicious, and plentiful! We loved the staff—they were so helpful with choosing hikes and helping us navigate in English! The servers were lovely as was the sommelier who gave us great recommendations each night! The room was huge and every corner or the hotel is beautifully decorated. We spent a nice afternoon in the pretty spa and found it very relaxing after some big hikes! We loved that you can leave for a hike right from the door of the hotel—we parked our car in their garage and never had to use it again until we left! They have really thought of everything and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a cozy, homey, beautiful getaway! We went for our honeymoon but will certainly come back!

We leaved on the biggest suite with mountains view. The room was big and perfect! The hotel is very nice. They serve great coffee and amazing dinner. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for tranquility. The sauna and the pool are not big. But as they have just 23-24 rooms, there is enough place for everyone.
