Lack of fridge in the room

The pre-arrival online communication was seamless—all my questions were answered promptly, making the whole preparation process stress-free. Check-in was a total breeze, and the room exceeded my expectations: it was spacious and spotlessly clean. The free parking was a huge bonus, saving me the hassle of finding and paying for a spot. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh and varied options to start the day right.The biggest highlight is undoubtedly the stunning scenery—I got to enjoy magnificent sunrises right from the property! What’s more, this area offers much better value for money than staying in Ortisei, and driving to Ortisei is super convenient. This homestay is a hidden gem, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Amazing spa, spectacular views from the rooms

Almost fell like two different hotels- spa area and dining room were fantastic, but rooms (our specific room, I’m sure there are superior ones) quite dated

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by staff that went above and beyond in every possible way. Whether it was offering local tips, helping with transport, or just making sure I felt at home, their kindness and attention to detail truly made the difference.The hotel itself is a serene haven nestled in the mountains — waking up to the peaceful view of the Dolomites each morning was nothing short of magical. Every corner of the property exudes calm and care.The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the perfect start to a day of exploring or simply relaxing.The sauna and spa facilities were exceptional , and the Mountain View from the spa room was so beautiful we didn’t want to leave . The hotel was a 15 minute walk away from a shuttle bus that takes you to the Col Raiser cable car for free . Or a 10 minute to Oritisei if you want to get the Cable car from Ortisei to the top Seceda .If you're looking for a quiet escape with exceptional service and stunning natural beauty, this is the place. I can’t recommend it enough.

Clean, spacious room with an amazing mountain view! The owners were very kind and helpful during our stay, letting us borrow dishware and utensils for meals we made.

Perfect hotel with all various amenities, incl. sauna and EV charging station. Kind staff and amazing view. Reasonable pricing. Gladly will come again, perhaps in winter.

Amazing stay! We loved everything about this! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They helped us plan our hikes and have very useful information. The sauna area is breathtaking, the views of the mountains from the window were spectacular! We would absolutely stay again

Great location for visiting the Dolomites Area. Great view from window. Breakfast was also very good. Garage parking was a bonus. Room and bathroom had a good size.

This was extremely worth it, it is by far the best view I’ve ever had at a hotel and for the price it was exceptional and I will always look fondly on my stay it truly was wonderful and the staff was amazing! It was very clean and comfortable and just a very relaxing experience, I just wish I would’ve used the Sauna before it closed for the night!

Beautiful hotel surrounded by beautiful scenery. The single room is small but has everything you need with a nice balcony too.

We like breakfast, the waterfall in front of the hotel and of course the great view of Suna.

Everything was phenomenal - the facilities, staff, food, everything far exceeded all expectations. Breakfast was terrific, with slight variations each day to keep it interesting. The food at dinner could have easily been the best I’ve ever had. The wellness area was an excellent addition, especially after a long day of hiking. All the staff were friendly and helpful, always anticipating your needs. Not enough praise can be given! The value of what you receive far outweighs the cost—highly recommended!

There's nothing to complain about. Everything was exceptional! You will need to notify them in the morning if you’d like to attend dinner, as it’s a set menu, and the chef prepares everything for the day.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Amazing views and we could hear the waterfall from our balcony. The sauna was a perfect end to a long day hiking! Definitely recommend adding dinner to your booking, food is excellent.

Location; The hotel common areas are beautiful; Great underground parking place; Good breakfast; The terrace of the room and its view; Quiet area; Big room with kitchen and table; Cozy;

Check-in was not a friendly experience; One of the mattresses was damaged / sagging; Bathroom with poor ventilation; Bathroom has a window but there's a full wall behind it haha; Definitely not worth the high cost per night;
