Staff was amazing and quick to help with anything we needed. Very comfortable and clean stay. Would do again! Very close proximity to town and to hikes.

Half board, breakfast and dinner. Plenty to eat. maybe too much. Nice elevator. Our room was amazingly large with table and chairs, balcony, large WC with huge tub and shower, bidet, but toilet was kind of stuck in a corner. Tap water was delicious and cold. the hotel said it was totally safe to drink and out of the local spring wells. Wifi was fast and good, we even got Netflix to work on the TV. For english speakers only France24 english on cable but that matter little.

"Relax point", their Spa, was small and sparse. The "Turkish" bath required tokens and was out in the middle of the room for all to see. No privacy period. The ski room was a hallway with locking boxes on the wall, but okay for two skis/poles. the boot room was also small but did have heated boot trees for drying ski boots - worked well. Ceiling very low from ski hall to boot room, bummed my head a few times.

The hotel was clean with a spacious bathroom. Lots of hangers for our jackets. Breakfast was really good (started at 7:30am).

We were checked in with the used room then the front changed us to the clean room. The heater didn't work so it was a bit cold in the bathroom.No kettle prpvided in the room and no slippers.

The room was very clean and bed very comfortable.

Overall very good, but it would be nice to have a kettle and fridge in the room. They could also let guests know that they need to book dinner in advance. We arrived a bit tired so it would have been nice to have the option to have dinner in the hotel.

Overall an amazing stay, we were super happy about the choice. The room was very nice, super clean, and with a big bathroom equipped with a very good shower. The bed was big and comfortable. They also provide breakfast which had a lot of tasty options and was the perfect way to start the day before a long hike. The location was great, a few steps away from the bus stop that easily takes you to Ortisei or other villages. The staff was super friendly and helpful

the price was a bit high, but sadly that’s the standard for the location. It matched the service though!

Wonderful stay at the Christeinerhof! Huge room, really clean, and strong wifi. Staff was lovely and the breakfast was great. Good location as well!

Wish there was a kettle and mini fridge in the room. Would have been nice to be able to make some tea after a long day out in the mountains. Also the temperature control did not work in the room. Thankfully opening the windows cooled it down a bit.

Room was a good size. The bathroom was warm, was large and the showers were modern and powerful. Our childrens room was much smaller, but it cost less.

The relaxation area was amazing after a long day of skiing. The room was nice and comfortable as well as the food.

The shuttle bus wasn't going too far, improving that would be great.

Very cozy and comfortable place. It was so beautiful and very close to the Seceda cable car.
