    Pros +

    • The hotel bar and restaurant, also the spa area were great, great view and quiet surrounding area. The staff was very friendly.
    • Really friendly staff at reception, waiters and manager, thank you all.
    • Very good big room. Had a sofa and two armchairs. Nice balcony and a lot of natural light, with the easy option of blocking it. Clean room and nice bathroom. Great spa area. Nice varied breakfast.

    Cons -

    • The room was a bit outdated, needs refurbishing, but all in all comfy. There is a 25eu/day tax for pets, wich is a bit much, in my opinion. There is a new annex of the hotel, that probably has new rooms. At breakfast we didn`t had a table assigned, and in the second day we sat down at the table we had eaten the day before, and we were politely asked to go to another room, because that was not our table (but we didn`t had a table assigned).
    • A small shower, and the hot swimming pools were not hot enough.
    • It was slight, but there was an odd scent in our bathroom. It was still very clean though.

The pool, spa, and all the facilities exceeded our expectations. The staff was so nice and went out of their way to accommodate us. The food was excellent! Beautiful views.

Nice spa area with indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a beautiful view of the mountains. After a day of hiking in the mountains, we went down to the spa and the pools to relax. This is exactly what we had in mind when booking a hotel with a spa. As a small note, the jacuzzis were too cold to be enjoyable.I also liked the hotel building’s façade—chalet style with flowers on the balconies. Other hotels in the vicinity feature this as well, but I appreciate it nonetheless. The breakfast buffet is nice, although the selection is somewhat limited compared with other hotels we’ve visited. The hotel owner personally staffs the breakfast stations, juggling tasks—omelets, pancakes, etc.A good word about the hired staff: they’re all extremely polite, helpful, and professional. Sadly, the same cannot be said regarding the family-member staff (the owners). This is a family-owned hotel, so you can expect to see the family staff around. They’re easy to spot—they’re the ones who didn't appear to be in uniform. More on that below.

With all this hotel has going for it, I’m actually amazed it managed to leave me with an overall bad experience. To start off, this is a family-owned hotel. We had an unfortunate interaction with the owner, who seems to manage every little detail personally. She was manning the reception desk when we approached her with a minor issue—or so we thought. A neighboring guest was smoking for well over an hour on the balcony adjacent to our room’s window. As it was late August, our room was quite hot (no A/C), but we couldn’t open our window due to the smoke coming from the balcony. Long story short, approaching the owner didn't help. Her response was unhelpful and abrupt: “Can we switch to a different room?” “No, I’m sorry.” “Could you say something to the other guest?” “No, I’m sorry.” As a side note, if smoking on the balcony is indeed permitted, then please designate a section of the hotel in which the balconies are also off-limits for smokers, so that non-smokers, like me, would be able to open a window. But this isn’t the real issue.Another small but telling example is the parking area. I personally heard the receptionist explain to several guests, upon checkout, that garage costs are extra and that this is explicitly stated in the hotel terms (yes, I know...). It's just that we couldn't find any alternative parking, so this charge felt effectively unavoidable for anyone arriving with a car. I don’t really mind the extra cost. I also didn't say anything while receiving the same speech. I’m just surprised at how the discussion focused on T&Cs rather than addressing the issue. My advice to anyone visiting this hotel: if you have an issue, and assuming it’s not life-threatening, best keep it to yourself. Why ruin an otherwise nice vacation? I found myself trying to avoid the reception area for the rest of my vacation.

A memorable stay for our Europe trip. This hotel was great for it's facilities, the spa was the BEST we had in Europe. We had a rained out day so doing the spa for a night was the best! The staff are great, supplied us with a free bus ticket for getting around the dolomites and also gave us a nice gift when leaving.

Didn't know you had to book dinner prior to going to the resteraunt and they couldn't accommodate us

Very cosy and beautiful hotel, with family touch which you can really feel in a lot of details. The food was really good with a la carte dinner choices, each dish was delicious.Staff was very friendly Spa area was niceThe view from the room was wonderful Playroom for kids next to the dining area saved our meals.

One receptionist was not very helpful. The hiking kids backpacks were very old and in a very bad condition, it would be better not to count on them.

Great location, facilities and staff. Food was excellent and also catered well for vegetarian and gluten-free diets in our group. We drove and parked by the slopes for skiing but could have got the free shuttle also. Would definitely stay again!

Very minor point - more labels for buffet dishes would be helpful

Good location , nice staff and 4 star facilities

The rooms were too hot and the food was just not quite 4 star especially the main courses

    Nothing, everything was great.

Nice location, easy parking, friendly, helpful front reception staff, clean room, good breakfast.

They tricked us into thinking they had black out curtains which are so nice and helpful for weary, tired travelers who want to sleep in a bit. They were merely an adornment that only covered a third of the window when we removed the tie. My husband and I chuckled at it, thinking maybe they should’ve thought that through a little more. Comfort is in the details! Overall a nice room though.

Many facilities to use to enhance enjoyment of stay .View was beautiful from our room.

The price was to high for an extra guest to stay in our room.

Wonderful spa areas, the swimming pools are also great. Foods are very delicious

    The spa area.

We were seated in the dog dining room, even though we have no dog. What were they thinking.! It did give us a good laugh. When we checked out, the woman at the front desk was rude and agressive when we told her we had been informed the parking was included. It was an extreme over reaction to a small issue.

Lovely staff – good breakfast - good swimming pools and facilities

Had some issues with our room initially but were swapped.

We loved our 5-day stay at the hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. There is a great choice of 3 various cushions for everyone's liking.Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00, we recommend a fantastic freshly prepared omelette! The choice of food is ok, however, like almost everywhere in Italy, there is lack of fresh vegetebles except for slices of tomatoes :-(.The spa area comprises of 5 good saunas, two of them with a view to the mountains, and lots of space to rest on comfy beds afterwards. It is not allowed for children, which is really good, as you can rest in silence (only few guests did not respect this). We liked the outdoor pool with heated water and a marvellous mountain view! During the stay at the spa area (opened 2pm-8 pm) you have drinks (hot/cold water, blackcurrant juice, herbal tea and fruit tea) as well as fruit & nuts available. Bathrobes and (good quality) slippers are handed out at the reception for the whole stay.Fitness room is big and good, a number of machines, maybe not the newest ones but working. It would be great to have there paper towels to clean the machines after usage.A big advantage is a very well heated ski room with lots of handles for skiis and boots and benches to sit while changing the shoes. The hotel offers a possibility to keep your car in their own spacious garage for an extra cost of 8 EUR per day - a very good idea especially when it snows! The height of the garage is enough to get there even with a skiing box on a van.The hotel offers a free shuttle to the ski lifts, which - on another hand- saves you 8 EUR for the car park :-). In addition, we got free tickets for public transport for the time of our stay and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel!

A kettle in the room for boiling water/making tea would be really handy.A small minus is lack of possibility to eat a'la carte for dinner. The dinners are huge (several courses) but if someone does not like eating so much in the evening and spending 2 hours at a table, there is no possibility to order just a soup or a salad or anything else. As there are no restaurants in the close vicinity of the hotel, this is slightly troublesome.

This is the second time in two years we have stayed at the Diamant Spa Resort. Our entire stay here is always so relaxing. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The room is spacious and the food is wonderful. The staff is exceptional. My wife also used the spa for a facial which she loved. I would love to spend a month here.

Loved everything about it. Really loved all the pools and saunas. Enjoyed the meals and the dining room. A very nice atmosphere overall.

Breakfast was superior, good variety.Hired staff was attentive and great!

Notwithstanding all the security cameras on the property, there are none in the garage and someone scraped our car. The Hotel Owner was not sympathetic to the issue, even though there is no other options for parking your car at the property. With all the "eyes" watching, installing 2-3 security cameras in the garage seems like a normal option.
