Super cosy and warm, rooms immaculate, nicely decorated. Great shower pressure, ease of access with parking. Great breakfast offering.

Next time we'd like a room with a balcony overlooking the church but we still had a great room:)

The hotel was always clean, quiet and had real character. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. And the shuttle service to get us to and from the Saslong was perfect, felt like a luxury treat!

Very close to church, every 30 minutes you will be wake up about the clopote ? The manager was in our room without our permission after we go afternoon in the city Room temperature is around 18-20 degrees, so when I ask to be more warm manager said me that is normative temp :)Sauna said is free but they will try to charge you with the bathrobe I can continue……..,WORST experience reported at the cost

The breakfasts were great. We had a nice two room suite on the second door with balcony and view of the surrounding mountains. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The street up to the hotel is extremely steep, and was avchallenge to navigate with our rental car. The room price we paid was a bit high, and dinners at the hotel had to be booked in advance and were very pricey, making us choose to eat dinner elsewhere in town.

The suite room was spacious, cozy and clean. Great views from the windows and nice comfy sitting room. bathroom was large and fresh towels each day were appreciated! The location is right off the Bus route to get between the villages. Though be aware the bus stops running after 9pm. The staff were extremely helpful with our inquiries and mapping out places to see and how to get there. We loved the breakfast, which consisted of a combination of European, Dolomites and North American fruits and foods, juices, coffee and tea!!

I think dinner could be more first come first serve in addition to reservations. Sometimes plans change and you wind up staying in and having dinner in your hotel or even offering some bar food in the bar would be welcome!

Very nice and friendly staff. Very clean room and spacious. Plenty of parking space.

Would be better if there is bathtub. Otherwise, everything is great.

Word of warning to future guests... Hotel is next to church that rings bells every quarter hour rather loudly.. As I recall it stopped at 11 pm thank goodness but if you will spend much time in the room during the day be prepared.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating to us, as we have a dog, but nothing was too much trouble. The hotel location was great, rooms modern and clean and the garden at the back was hidden gem! The evening meal at the hotel was so good and our waitress, Florrie (I think that's how it is spelt) was just so lovely.Highly recommend staying here. Thankyou

Beautiful hotel with amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Lovely dinner and breakfast. Location is great for hiking. Just a short car ride to Col Raiser.

Great staff, very nice service and possibility to use the sauna on request. Good, rather standard breakfast - also very nice service during the breakfast with the possibility to order scrambled eggs. Free parking.

Small leakage in the shower. Someone must have smoked in the past in our room and that peculiar smell was also in the towels. Breakfast was standard, but good, some more warm choices would be nice. Maybe it could be more value for the money.

This small hotel is all warmth, charm, and hospitality. And it’s in an ideal location for exploring all that the area has to offer. Wonderful staff who are always kind and accommodating. They work so hard to make every guest feel welcome and comfortable — I’ve never experienced hospitality this amazing before! Breakfasts are so delicious and nourishing. The small bar and lounge are so cozy and the perfect landing pad after a day of adventuring. The rooms were comfortable and totally spotless — the cleanest hotel bathrooms I’ve ever seen, and I travel extensively. Just a perfect hotel!

- very clean, big and comfortable room with a lovely smell of oak. They also had a really nice smelling shower soap- great breakfast provided - (we didn’t use it) they have a sauna with ceiling to floor glass windows with the view of the mountains

- price is on the high side, however, it is in line with the rest of the Dolomites during the high summer season

The hotel was nice and the food was very generous and tasty. The hotel's restaurant manager Flory made sure that we had the best time during our entire stay. A compliment to her for her sense of service!

It was clean,cozy and renovated. The staff was friendly. Has an elevator and is pet friendly.

Breakfast was great, good bread, croissants and cakes but we missed warm options. Sauna closes early, we couldn’t enjoy it after long trekking days.
