    Pros +

    • Location worked for us. Great home base town.
    • Everything was wonderful! The rooftop pool at sunset with poolside bar service was such a pleasant surprise . The staff, location, sauna, breakfast and amenities were all to die for. Hope to return one day.
    • Every thing is good about this property, definitely take the breakfast and dinner at their restaurants. The food is great, the service even better. The location is perfect and is kind of place that you just want to stay in.

    Cons -

    • Things started out rather bumpy. The initial reception felt rushed and impersonal. The bar tender was very rude. The room was sweltering hot. However, after asking to check out after the first night, 2 of the staff worked particularly hard to convince us to stay and make us feel overall more welcomed and we were able to switch to a different, cooler part of the building. Booking.com was unable to be reached for assistance, so we are glad that the hotel staff turned things around. The restaurant next door was amazing!
    • The sauna is not allowing bathing suits and lots of naked people there.
    • The room was too warm, would have liked to have a thin sheet or blanket instead of a down comforter. We had to leave the window open and the noise from cars and trucks kept us awake.

The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was great, and the heated pool was absolutely amazing.

The room was too warm, would have liked to have a thin sheet or blanket instead of a down comforter. We had to leave the window open and the noise from cars and trucks kept us awake.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is conveniently located right in town, close to restaurants and a grocery store. The staff was great—especially the servers and bartenders at breakfast, who were so friendly and accommodating. The pool was a nice bonus and perfect for relaxing after a day out.

The only small frustration was the European-style shower with the half-glass panel, which made it hard to keep water off the floor. I do not understand those!!

Good breakfast, super nice staff, very good wine selection, beautiful sundowner rooftop pool with views of the mountains

Room was ok, but not great (old room with a bit of a smell)

It’s a perfect hotel in the heart of Dolomites! ? The location is great, it’s a 10 min drive to Ortisei cable cars going to Seceda and Alpe di Siusi. The swimming pool area is perfect - warm water, wonderful views, many sunbeds and a cozy sauna. The family room for 5 people was very convenient and clean, and had a terrace with a view of Sasolungo peak. Also, we really loved the food there. There was a big choice for breakfast, and dinners were amazing, offering different menu (including traditional dishes) everyday. The service at the restaurant was great, our waiter Alessandro was super nice and friendly, what made our dining experience even better. Overall, I regret that we booked only 4 nights there, we could have stayed there for a week :)

The staff were amazing! Views incredible. Lovely town. No AC but a fan was provided. Rooftop pool was spectacular. Wellness room so relaxing.

Wish more than 1 pillow per person on the bed, but staff are very accommodating to your needs.

There were so many options for the breakfast and we really enjoyed it. The location was pretty good, we could enjoy the famouse trails around. We loved sauna especially.

The room was hot in the evening. I wish they have air-conditioning in each room.

I like the size of the room and the bathroom And the breakfast was very good

There’s no air conditioning in the room , and the restaurant of the hotel is very expensive and not good at all

Pool and wellness area. Breakfast variety and staff were amazing.

the room was located above the area where it was possible to sit outside near the front entrance. With an open window the smoke came in.

The swimming pool on the rooftop is amazing! All wellness areas are great. I liked the fact that there are both naked and non-naked sauna. The food is also very very good. Super high standard. And staff very friendly and helpful.

    Nothing honestly!

Could’ve had Netflix in the rooms.

Excellent staff- they were all so helpful and kind! Very knowledgeable of the area. Special shout out to Merko who was very helpful!

Every service here is worth the price of the room! The location is excellent, and you can get to almost anywhere you want to go by using the cable car and shuttle bus. Breakfast is our favorite point, with a wide variety of choices and the ability to make additional meals; the hotel also provides a sauna, lounge and rooftop swimming pool, which are all plus points

To be honest, I think the photos are more gorgeous than the actual experience, especially the photo of the rooftop pool. To be honest, I was attracted by the photos and booked it. Compared with the pools of other mountain hotels I visited, I expected it to be very large, as you can see in the photos, but it was actually a little small and crowded, especially when there were many people. I strongly recommend changing the perspective of the photo and not opening such a wide angle. But the scenery and display facilities are impeccable!

first time I can say i have absolutly nothing complain abot in hotel. extra big room, balcony, rooftop spa and adults only spa. and highlight is restourant. we had 6 courses dinner as half board supper!!! Thank you! and price for that all is even cheap!

Amazing staff! We got a gift at the end!Very nice rood pool with a nice view.

Its a bit far from Ortisei, but if you drive this is not an issue. Also, hotel offers free bus tickets that you can use for going to ortisei. Actually we used this as a benefit to hike towards Seceda on the tracks starting closer to this hotel location; less crowede, less touristic, but beautiful! There is also a cable care.
