Lovely room, and very helpful staff. We really appreciated the easy included parking. We had three apartments for our family of 11 and it was a very good experience.

Would have been nice to have a washing machine but we knew it was not included. Limited restaurants in the area.

The location , next to the hiking trails from Civetta mountain, the great view from the balcony, the staff and the fact that it was very clean and confortable.

Maybe more basic kitchenware would be useful - example : we had only 3 spoons and we were 4 :))...but this did not bother us too much.

Great location and this amazing view from balcony. We wish to return in winter for skiing, cable car 200m away...

Fabulous stay in a super location, with just the friendliest team. Staff couldn't be more helpful and helped us do laundry slightly later in the evening (as we had so much!). The only place to have laundry facilities on our roadtrip (5E wash, 5 E dryer). Great little alpine town. Supermarket and great gelato (what more could you ask for!) just a nice place to wander in an evening.Blown away by the Dolomites.... Will definitely visit again!

Nothing really !Only thing to be aware of is the top bunk bed is a bit cramped as has low wooden beam above it. Our 10yr old was fine... but kids who fidget/wake in the night would be better in the bottom bunk.

I liked how we were shown the rooms and how everything works. I also liked that the flat was clean and had an amazing view on nearby mountains.

I certainly did not like the amount of plastic trash bags we got, the amount of gel on washing the dishes and the number of toilet paper rolls. It was just a detail, but going full week in 6 people with just two rolls and 50 ml of the gel isn't really comfy.

The location of this place was mesmerising. The view every morning was breathtaking. Very comfortable and very accessible for family of 5.We feel in love with this place. It is very spacious. It's definitely the nicest place in the area. Also they have fully equipped kitchen and BBQ

We rented the apartment for 1 week (monday to sunday) and we received just 1 set of towels/person. when we asked for clean towels the stuff refused saying that their policy allowed them to give clean towels only if we had 1 more night of accomodation. I think that 1 set of towel is not enough for 1 week. also, they provided 2 rolls of toilet papers for 4 people for the entire stay and told us that we need to buy ourselves if we need more. same with the garbage bags-only 1 bag/bin for the entire week and instructions to buy more ourselves. no salt,tea or coffee in the kitchen.

Small for 4 member family, but it has everything you need.

The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed. We were staying whilst taking part in a (running) race, so comfort was really important for us- I had been worried about the description of a “sofa bed” but it was in fact a proper bed (full-sized and very comfortable), which drops down in place of the sofa. Similarly, but bunk beds are fold-away, leaving you with more space if you don’t need them. There was a great hallway area inside the apartment with loads of room for jackets/ equipment etc if you were going skiing etc. The apartment was all perfectly clean, with plenty of towels. There were french doors out onto a grassy area which was nice in the sun (with views up to the snowy mountains), and parking was really easy. The town has a couple of bar/ restaurants in easy walking distance, which was really handy. Marco was very responsive to messages before our stay, and friendly and helpful during our stay. The apartment exceeded my expectations.

Very good location, a lot of hikes in the vicinity.Check-in ends 7PM but they will leave keys at the reception. Very kind staff, helpful.

Kichen equipment could be better, but it is feasible. Limited activity, if weather is bad. Location must be amazing in the winter

We liked the cleanliness and the location of the house!Everyone was very helpful and kind.The City the area and the nature is exceptionally amazing. Very comfy beds and mattresses were perfect!Certainly We will return back .

Beautiful views, the tap water is really good and cold. The apartment is actually bigger than I thought.Plenty of parking spaces

The couch bed is really bouncy, also there were no separate sheets.
