Employee at front counter was very friendly during check-in and check-out - it was the same employee both times. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet and they made some scrambled eggs for us which were by far the best scrambled eggs on the 10-day trip.

Easy access off motorway. Staff were very helpful when I lost my phone. Found it in the laundry bin.

We have used the hotel several times before,sothere is not much to add. the hotel is placed very close to the Autobahn, easy to find. The reception desk kind and effective.The room spacey and clean, the bathroom also. The beds comfortable.The breakfast room at the topfloor cozy and the food is varied.This hotel is perfect for a overnight stay and the connectet restaurant serves nice food.

Very convenient location next to Autobahn junction. This modern hotel has well equipped rooms with comfortable bed and walk-in shower all spotlessly clean. Our room was at the rear on the first floor and was quiet at night.Breakfast was OK although a little on the expensive side at 13 euro.

The Croatian restaurant was great. I really liked the food and the service was good. The room was a nice size and decent for sleeping and then going.

I didn’t like the bath towels. Mine had a hole in it. Should have been replaced a long time ago. But I’d stay again for a quick trip.

parking was limited and not secure as right opposite a busy petrol station / truck stop.

Nice hotel, perfect when you need to stop for one night during a long travel, enjoying the very nice village of Bad Hersfeld; nice staff and modern structure, quiet and clean; good ratio price/services

quite simple the breakfast, but good enough

We were very positively surprised by the hotel: our room was clean, personel was very nice and breakfast was tasty. In front of the hotel is big parking, shop with drinks and petrol station. But it was quite during the night.

A water squeegee could be in the bathroom.
