Central location, adequate pricing and good breakfast

The pillows are not good

B&B is a favorite chain in Germany for me. Only this one wasnt staffed after 9 or 10pm. After a 5 hr drive not being able to enter and getting a message from the check in machine that you room is nit ready yet is not nice. After contacting booking.com they actually cancelled the reservation because they couldnt fix it (!!). Luckily I gound an emergency number on the wall. After talking to somebody at first the message was unclear and I expected somebody to show up. An hour later I got in contact again and got the access code and room number. Better to staff the place. It is a hotel.

Good

I would have liked a kettle in the room to be able to make a tea. Unfortunately, the vending machine at the time didn’t work for cards and I had no coins, hence I couldn’t even buy water.

Everything was clean

That you have to put a pin every time you renter your room, cups for coffee available, however there was no kettle in the room

Comfy beds, solid bathroom, handy spot north of the old town and still close to highway. Ideal for a transcontinental stopover :)

Bit pricey for taking dogs and both parking and car charging is also extra.

Nice kind of new place, small rooms but well arranged,everything worked well,plenty of hot water,good Wi-Fi and a gentleman at the reception who even offered to drive me to the station when first taxis didn’t respond

I do know B&B in Spain and Portugal they all offer coffee,tea,hot chocolate 24hrs free of charge but not here,other than that things are good

Location was ideal for me but Bad Hersfeld is small so ideal for anywhere in the centre. Breakfast was a good choice, though the fruit salad will run out by 8:30 (maybe they will bring more if you ask).

The shelving and hangers are open so your room is immediately messy. I'd prefer to put my clothes away. The curtains foul the opening of the windows so since it was hot the windows were open but I had to fix the curtains as they were pulled off when the window was opened (not by me!)

In the center of Bad Hersfeld, close to many restaurants.It's very close to the A4 and only 5-7 km from the A7.

Good localisation close to the center Goof breakfast. Air conditioning in the room, quiet. Good option for one night

Staff took 30 minutes to check us in. Key did not work and had to come down to ask to reset it.

Excelente location. Close to the highway, clean, new, modern facilities. Very nice design. Automated check in late at night worked very nice. Very nice breakfast. Easy and new parking in the premises

Clean, quite central, comfy beds

modern hotel in the city center, underground parking 10 eur / night, small room with a heat pump (there is no central heating) which did not manage to ensure a pleasant temperature in the room, I felt a bit cold. Don't try to have breakfast, at 10 eur it's not worth it, you can go next door to a backerei and eat elegantly for 6 or 7 eur including a good coffee

at 8 p.m. the reception closes, everyone goes home and everything becomes automated, you have nowhere to get a drink

Overall clean and modern

Avoid room at the basement, close to zero privacy with full height windows directly exposing you to parking

Friendly staff, good room, close to the town center (walking distance, many restaurants close by)

Breakfast space not sufficient, too many guests, difficult to take your breakfast from the buffet, not enough seats, not very nice atmosphere during breakfast. Crowded at check-in.
