Blu Hotel Brixia

Nice clean and new - close to highway

Good hotel in good location with good breakfast.

Nothing special

Everything was perfect, clean room, great breakfast, close to highway...

Blu Hotel is really nice. Modern, clean and the staff are friendly/ helpful.

It is great that there is complementary water in the room- but it would be good if it was replenished when the room is serviced, other than that the hotel is excellent :)

Really good location close to the highway. Staff is very nice and warm, always willing to make guests feel comfortable. Parking available included for guests. Good variety for breakfast.

Blown away by the comfort and value of this hotel. Was a very convenient overnight stop for a long drive across Italy and it was as good as any 4 star luxury hotel. Great room size and very comfy bed

Leaving

Passable

No water boiler in the room. No possibility to rent one, Problems with WiFi connection from iPhone 15. Old phone connected Ok

Nice hotel, clean, up to date, near the Verona airport

I would have preferred thicker pillows, but everyone has his preferences.

Great proximity to transport links, clean modern and perfect for a break from driving

Professional and clear staff, fast check-in. Spacious and clean room. Nice position if you go there for work, just few meter from the highway.

Nothing to say.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good facilities, great location near the highway. The restaurant and breakfast was good value.

We didn’t have air conditioning for 2 nights and had to open the windows (temp was above 27 in our room with windows closed). Lots of mosquitoes bit us through the night and we were covered in welts for over a week. Although the staff tried to help us a few times, we had a few interactions that made us feel like nobody wanted to look into the issue or be honest with us on whether it would be fixed. For a 4 star hotel, I would have expected to either be comped a night or, at the very least, receive an apology.

Basic hotel no major facilities good breakfast

No Tea maker in the room you are expected to wait for restaurant to start to order your morning tea !

Room and location and staff were lovely

Water could have been hotter in the room

Staff were lovely. Room was clean. Parking was easy.

Very clean modern hotelNic e staff good serviceGood breakfast

On the highway

Spacious, clean room. Nice breakfast. Located perfectly close to the Highway, great for a stopover on a long drive

Bad

Overall the property great however I was surprised from the receptionist when she ask me to pay 100 euro for 50 min check out delay? and when I told her show me the policy she referred, she classify it as know policy!!! which I disagree with this statement totally. They should informed me during check in so I found this not reason for me to come back or recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very quiet and clean. We enjoyed the terrace behind it. The hotel staff was nice and helpful. We really liked the free water in the mininar. The hotel is new, modern and really takes into consideration the needs of the travellers.

We where expecting some slippers and we would have enjoyed glass cups instead of paper cups.

Functional well managed chain hotel aimed at the business traveler or short stop guests. Everything was exactly what you would expect.

No kettle in the room.

Modern clean rooms. Convenient location close to the highway. Excellent restaurant in the hotel.
