    Pros +

    • This intimate B&B has spectacular views of Lake Como-They have a lovely pool as well-it was not open for use when we arrived, which was disappointing, as we would have hoped to have been been told this prior to arrival....this was one of the main reasons we paid more than what was typical for the area when selecting our lodging. The breakfast was lovely, and the dinner even better-the chef made non-complicated(not over complicated as are some attempting to impress) perfectly proportioned and delicious dinner-loved every bit of his food, down to the dessert!
    • The location was excellent and the property being elevated gave us an amazing view of the lake. Beautiful pool area too. It was too cold for us to hang out at pool…we did bring our suits! The sun did feel great during the day.
    • The location and the design

    Cons -

    • No notice of the pool being closed-this is what they advertise for this particular B&B, and customers should expect what is advertised.
    • The functionality of the bathroom was not good at all. Very modern plumbing for sink and shower led to water spraying all over the back mirror of sink daily. The shower had a similar issue.
    • My bathroom faucet and shower was not practical but beautiful design.

A truly special place. The steps were a bit of a challenge, but well worth it. Room 1 was well-appointed and had a lovely large balcony and beautiful view. It was so quiet and peaceful. I didn’t use the pool, but it looked very clean and inviting. The highlight was the restaurant. We enjoyed several delicious meals on the balcony and everything was fabulous! The staff are exceptional… friendly and helpful at every moment. I hope to be able to return!

Everything was wonderful, but you need to be able to take quite a few steps up to some of the rooms and the restaurant. We were so appreciative of the staff’s help with our luggage.

The property has amazing views. The decor is elegant, simple, but adequate. Very clean rooms. The food and wine were amazing and an exceptional value. All of the staff were very helpful.

It isn’t a problem, but there are many steps to climb, so be sure you can manage them.

The staff were wonderful, the breakfast was excellent and the room was really comfortable.

The room was smaller than I expected (much smaller than the room next door ?) and smaller than it looked in the photos. I wish we'd been notified earlier in the day about the major road closure that prevented us from getting to the hotel - we had to drive 90 minutes around to get there and got an email after we arrived.

The location is quiet. The views are magnificent.

The difficulty getting into town and back was the downside of this property

We liked the view, the stuff, the food, we really enjoyed our “private dinner”, the villa was beautiful and modern with a swimmingpool

Excellent stay, wonderful views, easy to see other parts of the lake. Staff (Anna) very helpful in arranging reservations, boat rental.

Stunning views, nice design and garden, comfortable beds. Overall calm and relaxing atmosphere what I was looking for. Special thanks for the great dinner.

On the second day a couple stayed in the building next to us, this is where we realized something is off. Loud noises but ok that happens. At midnight they were still having a phone call shouting and laughing. This was the moment I had to go over and ask. Bit better but still kept on - ended up changing our plans since couldn’t sleep. People, please realize you are not alone in the world and be mindful of others.

Everything! Beautiful property overlooking the lake. Warm and friendly staff in an informal setting. Breakfast was lovely, sitting out on the balcony (even in October) and we had dinner there 3 nights. Excellent food served by the wonderful Babat (apologies for spelling). Rooms were clean and well serviced. Book one with a balcony or terrace.

The situation of the hotel in Limonta means it would be tricky to walk into Bellagio. We had a car so not an issue. Quite a few steps up to the property but staff were more than happy to help with luggage

Beautiful Boutique style property set in a nice garden . Lovely lake and mountain views . The staff really make you feel special every step of the way . We received a free bottle of bubbly wine upon our arrival .

The bathroom design . Every time we took a shower the floor outside the shower got wet . Also the mirror was to the side of the sink which made it very difficult for my husband to shave.

The staff was wonderful, every single one of them. The food as well was top of the line, we had the best tiramisu in all of Italy, easily! The hotel was clean, beautiful and the view can’t be beat. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

It was pretty inconvenient to get into Bellagio as the bus was very unpredictable. After we had the front desk book us private rides, it was easier to manage. Though it was $30 each way to get there and back.

This property is stunning! They have amazing views and the rooms are modern and comfortable. The breakfast spread is also delicious, with a chef on staff making coffee and eggs and bacon to order. The staff also goes out of their way to help with reservations and ensuring that your stay is 10/10. We would definitely come back here!

Gorgeous view, cozy place, nice and friendly staff.

After two weeks in Greece and Italy, this was easily our favorite stay of the whole trip. The views are amazing and the room is so comfortable but it’s truly the staff that makes this place so special! The restaurant was amazing and just an intimate dining experience I highly recommend! We also did a wine tasting here which was so lovely and the private chef was incredible and knowledgeable

Perfect stay, I would move in here forever if I could!

One of the best value for money hotels I have ever stayed. The staff was absolutely amazing. Alfredo and Nidia did everything to make out stay even better, and went above and beyond with their service. The view from the restaurant was breathtaking and the rooms and hotel were perfectly kept. The food was one of the best we tried in the area and Andrea took great care of us during dinner. We felt truely at home. Thank you Villa Mojana for one of the best days spent in Italy.

Rooms were gorgeous and the pool area was incredible with stunning views of lake como. The staff were incredible and couldn’t do enough to make you feel welcome.

Nothing nearby in terms of places to eat or supermarkets. Driving here is very difficult and taxis quite often don’t turn up even when you book them. You are only 10 mins from Bellagio but it’s an hours walk and we paid 50 euros tour a 10 minute car journey.

Fabulous location and accommodating staff!! Great breakfast spread and the lunch/dinner options were fantastic as well!
