MUSA Lago di Como

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hospitality and warm welcome were exceptional from the moment I arrived. The service was excellent, and every staff member was friendly and professional. A special thanks to Nicola at the reception for her genuine smile, kindness, and outstanding assistance — she truly made the experience even better. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and welcoming people!

Our stay at MUSA Lago di Como was absolutely outstanding. The location is breathtaking — right on the lake, with stunning views and a serene atmosphere that made every moment special. The service was truly exceptional, attentive yet discreet, and every member of the team made us feel warmly welcomed.Everything from the design of the property to the food and overall experience exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed our stay so much and can’t wait to come back — a perfect Lake Como escape.

The staff at the hotel were all very helpful abd friendly. Lovely to get a cold towel and drink on arrival.

The room size was small (superior room)

Small and boutique away from the craziness. Ferry stop in front of hotel (but prepare for ferries to be full!)

They had a wedding on our last night which was an outside booking. The wedding party took over the whole hotel until late which meant that residents could not use the outside terrace or restaurant. This left us with only our room. There was no warning of this. They essentially sold the hotel twice - once for the residents and once for the wedding. Unacceptable in a five star hotel.

Nice views from the lobby and room. Food was interesting and quite good. Very comfortable bed.

Staff was indifferent and barely acknowledged our existence. Staff simply hid behind desks and bars, not fixing obvious problems. This was common with front desk, bar, concierge. Pool area was dirty and unkept. Towels were everywhere with dirty dishes and food on 3 tables. There was no security policing of the pool where an extremely intoxicated man was a danger to himself, as well as scaring away others due to his behavior. The bar area had uncleared tables sitting for hours, as did the outside patio. Rooms are not well insulated. We could hear footsteps, doors, people in the hallway all night. Our room was not clean on arrival with a dirty diaper left in the bathroom. Mini fridge did not work.

You reserve a dinner table a week ahead, reconfirm the same day and the reservation is forgotten , they seat you at a pull in table … at the end of the evening you notice that the table you were at plus some others have been free all evening … no 5* service

Poor choice and expansive

Too small room for 5* hotel and for charge...Loud music in garden playing til midnight.Loud A/C blowing all the time during night.

The hotel was lovely. Small enough to make the stay very personal and the staff were lovely. But with an array of service and facilities you’d expect only from a larger hotel. The restaurant was great and the staff were exceptional.

Clean , mix of modern and old style , location !

5 Star services, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Specially shout out to Nicole for her services, who has arranged lunch booking and luggage delivery to bus stop for us with patient and professional attitude. Facility is new and view is insane, worth every penny spent in the property.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the restaurant and food were great, the hotel itself is small, intimate and beautifully decorated. They recommended many activities that ended up being highlights of our honeymoon. Highly highly recommended

The seamless check-in, the views and the delicious food were standouts. The staff were also impressive, nothing was too much trouble and yet the gave us space to enjoy the setting. The added touches of additional food brought out with every order, even drinks at the pool, which they called "gifts from the hotel" were delightful.We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back, thank you!

An incredible stay- the property, staff, restaurants, and amenities could not have been better. The staff goes above and beyond to assist you with transportation, activities, and more. The food and drinks for every meal were outstanding. A perfect stay in a tranquil boutique hotel that felt like home.

It’s an elegant small villa, with modern rooms and white marble bathrooms with balconies overlooking the lake. The staff was very kind and attentive. The hotel has its own pier on the lake and it’s very easy to get on a boat and explore the lake and visit the villages. With only a few guests, it’s a rather relaxing affair. On check-in and check-out they offered us many treats, like Prosecco, fresh fruits and dolci and pasta and bottles of water for the road.

Breakfast was not included in the rate.

I must say, I’ve stayed at many many resorts but the service at this spot tops just about all of them. This modern luxury boutique hotel set directly on the water of lake Como deserves 5 plus stars. The atmosphere is superb. Breakfast is served in a room with full glass doors overlooking the lake. You feel as if you are on a boat. The food comes from the Michelin star kitchen. The truffle toast is a must. The location is central and if you like to drive the parking is included. The concierge is extremely helpful in planning your itinerary offering many different options. We had one of our best trips ever. Thanks so much to all of the pleasant staff. Stay here for an amazing experience!

Narrow roads in lake como

Great service, beautiful hotel and lovely touches added to our stay by the staff we loved every minute of our stay at MUSA. Would highly reccomend.

10/10 for the hotel, Nothing i didnt like about our stay, but Taxi travel around lake Como is difficult and VERY expensive!

Beautiful hotel, location right on the lake. Immaculately clean everywhere.

Aircon didn’t really work in our room, and some attention to detail was missed. For example no robes in the room, then when they were given they had no ties. We also had a slight issue with boat rental however this was sorted fairly quickly. Food and drinks are very expensive!

We loved everything about our stay at MUSA. The attention to detail, the service levels from all of the staff. Quality of the food and not to forget the STUNNING location. Couldn’t fault anything! We loved it so much booking again for next year.
