Clean, confortable, big rooms, nice stuff

For a bussines trip, breakfast on weekends at 8am is late. Only European plugs, no adaptors, not USB, nothing available at front desk apart of the personal charger of the friendly staff there.Shower leak, annoying overnight.

This hotel met very specific needs for me, in that it is very close to family- who I was in the Netherlands to visit.We had 2 delicious meals in the restaurant. The service was pleasant.The breakfast staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The breakfast provided was tasty if a little limited. Everything was kept well stocked and staff were on hand to respond to any request without hesitation.We used this hotel as a base to explore the area and enjoyed travelling by train to Den Bosch. Or walking to local Park areas- (SibeliusPark/ Hazenakkerpark/ Pad Langs Hertenkamp)The room was pleasant enough- But it's worth bearing in mind that regarding bathroom facilities the room does not offer a lot of privacy if sharing.

As a traveller in general, I would not necessarily recommend for a city break as this was not ideal in terms of access to rail links. It suited our needs perfectly but it is worth noting we walked 20 minutes daily to nearest train station (Oss) And the journey time from there to Utrecht was around 1 hour. Nijmegen 15 minutes. Den Bosch 20 minsThe bathroom was not all that private, if sharing.

The room was very cold and even after setting the temperature nothing happened, only the air conditioning was humming but it didn't cool down. The beds were uncomfortable and crawled out. There was a lot of dust everywhere and you could smell it. The carpet also smelled bad. A very bad experience. And we had 3 rooms in the hotel and it was the same in each one.

Nice building with reasonable room layout and facilities

Staff were not particularly helpful or friendly. We tried to book dinner for our group and they were unable to accommodate us and were very unhelpful. Ended up eating elsewhere. Mattress had no fitted sheets on it then had another small, thin mattress with a fitted sheet on top. This meant you could see the stains on the main mattress.

Rooms were nice and comfortable.

Staff attitude to simple requests, which meant we were unable.to eat as a family of 5 in the restaurant.

Good size from, fairly clean

Breakfast was terrible quality for €18 each, cold and inedible pancakes! Most staff were rude and unhelpful, and most people in our party had charges on checkout that were false, including multiple bar drinks totally €50 when they hadn’t even visited the bar! When asked reception if could borrow an iron, we’re told that room 219 had it and to just go knock!

Location of the hotel was near our competition, rooms were ok for the price.

Unfortunately the staffs attitude at this hotel was horrendous, we couldn’t get anything to eat the full weekend so our stay was a disaster. Our group booked the restaurant in advance so when we arrived we asked to change a couple of the options on the set menu we were given, the Managers approach was aggressive and confrontational and wouldn’t accommodate any amendments. The staff at this hotel have no concept of good customer service I felt like I was working for them. We ordered a take away both nights which was cold when it arrived the staff said we couldn’t eat in the reception area so had to move to our room as there was nowhere else to eat take away. I can’t understand how this place makes a profit, I will never book this hotel again.

I liked the room because it was very clean and neat

I didn't like it because on the morning of check out, I was out, I knew I had to leave the room at 11:00 am, when I came back I couldn't use my room key anymore The people at the reception looked at me very nauseously and reactivated my key I asked why you took away my access to open the door when it's not even check out time?Looks like I messed up!!

Shower/Toilet: the single sliding door meaning either the toilet or shower is exposed is not idea, especially with 2x men sharing a twin room. No feeling of privacy, and also the smell lingers in the room due there being no solid door or solid partition to the sleeping areaNoise: Our room was on the rear, overlooking the football pitches - noisy during games.

Good breakfast buffet in the morning (although no-one actually checked if we had paid for it or not).Good car park, easy location to access. Lovely shower- nice and hot/powerful.Lots of electricity points.Nice and quiet at night- not a noisy neighbourhood at all. Good coffee maker and kettle in the room. Friendly and helpful staff.

I had a twin bedded room, the mattress topper kept sliding off the bed as did the sheets- not comfortable at all unfortunately. There was nowhere to buy a bottled drink or snack of an evening to take back to room (the drinks vending machine was cash only). Limited vegetarian menu at the restaurant. Not a smart TV and only very limited Dutch channels. (But these points are quite picky I guess).

Modern, stylish building and very health focused.

1) Holes in the curtains.2) Double room but had 2 singles pushed together but mattresses made from water proof plastic which meant the beds just slid apart from each other.3) Toilet fairly small with even more limited space with the door closed.4) Large amount of dirty marks to the main wall.5) Large amount of dirty marks and toilet paper wetted and stuck to ceiling although ceiling extra high so can see cleaning will be difficult.
