Friendly professional staff, and very helpful. Very clean with modern well-appointed rooms with comfortable beds. Beautiful modern hotel. Excellent restaurant! Breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of foods.

Decent business hotel, not the nicest Van Der Walk but you always know that you will get good service, food and comfy night sleep.

Modern hotel, nice design, all the features (coffee/tea in the room etc.). And: Excellent breakfast (wide choices, fresh produce)

Hard to think of something... maybe to say the hotel entrance is a bit hard to reach (you have to drive around the building complex, but you can figures that out)

room was excellent, only toilet roll holder needed fixing. staff has to be more careful that they don't take the personal face flannels for washing.

for me personal it was excellent and for my friends and familie a lovely stay.

The pillows and mattresses could be better. Breakfast some days they have American filet and other days not. The cold apple juice was not working for at least 2 days.

This is a huge and beautiful hotel. Located right off the motorway, which is convenient for travellers by car. When we stayed the main restaurant was closed for renovation which spoilt the experience a bit.

Very slow service although there is plenty of staff and the hotel is not overcrowded

It could use top mattresses to avoid that feeling on sleeping on foam. And a bit more comfortable pillows or a second softer pillow set.

Service in the restaurant bar: waited 20 minutes to order drinks and then another 10 minutes to pay after asking for check, dirty table, polite stuff of 6-7 seemed very busy with everything but serving guests and selling drinks. Room size does not look like 24m2 as advertised.

Air conditioning in the room wasn’t very efficient so was a bit stuffy, otherwise no complaints.

The 'refugees', pretty much all young men looking at you and smoking outside which was uncomfortable. .

location, welcoming staff, sufficient parking. personnel at dinner excellent, the food is not a culinary trip, but suffices, whereas for most cheap dutchies quantity seems more important than quality. compliments to the staff.

room is not very clean, even the tv remote was sticky and dusty. the fitness is disgusting and requires a thorough clean of floor and fitness devices.

The product is very good. Great property with a good restaurant and very good breakfast and the rooms are nice and clean. Free parking.

The service! The overall attitude is not very genuine. We were given a used/not cleaned room when we arrived(this was handled very professionally though, we instantly got an upgraded room and an apology, but otherwise theres just not a can do attitude at this hotel. No flexibility on check in and check out times at all. We stayed in the city of Amersfoort a couple of times at other hotels and there we always feel very welcome and are met with a can do attitude and a much warmer and friendlier atmosphere.

Well I loved the romantic setting that was done for our anniversary dinner. It came out better than I expected. The balloons, champagne and champagne holder was really nice.

I didn't get what I ordered. I planned for a room with rose petals that will start from the door to the bed. Didn't have that. I wanted the room to have balloons in the room. And I drove all the way to make this plan with the team. It hurt that this didn't happen and I had travel down and paid for it.
